I am very satisfied, and I would use them again. I got my roof done in summer of 2023 and it is working great. They gave several options with costing same-day, committed to timing and did a quality job. I've seen them do several jobs around my neighborhood and they were recommended by neighbors. These guys rock. I like they included 2 roof anchors in case I need to go up there and clean the gutters. Bonus! Kind of old-school, mind you, it was best to actually call them and talk rather than do any internet stuff. But the service and results were fantastic.

I got total of four new roofing bids and JCR Roofing was the best overall bid. Before the new roof was able to get done it sprang a leak, called Victor for help and he came out that day with a crew member to tarp the leaking area, right before a big storm was to hit that night! Though the process I had many questions and Victor answered them all and called me back. Victor even let me change colors before the product was ordered. I will gladly recommend JCR Roofing. It was a pleasure working with JCR Roofing!A tree fell on our house during a windstorm. The damage was relatively minor so didn't really warrant an insurance claim, but the roof was no longer water tight and rain was in the forecast. Jose and his crew did a great job. They provided an estimate on Thursday, started with tear off on Saturday, worked a very long day installing new materials on Monday (in 95+ degree weather), and wrapped up the job on Tuesday morning. Final product looks great and they were very conscientious about cleaning up and leaving nothing behind at the end of each work day. I would highly recommend JCR Roofing.

Mom-n-law had a roof leak. After checking it out, we found a few more issues that needed attention. We called to get a few estimates. I believe JCR Roofing was our third call, yet Victor was the first out (the other two couldn’t be there for one and two weeks). After his inspection, wrapped in a nice professional package, he presented us 3 options to choose from. We scheduled the job 30 days out with the possibility of an earlier start.They ended up fitting us between jobs and kicked a** on mom’s roof. They had a little more to do than we hoped for and still knocked out the job in one day. Mom said the crew was friendly and courteous. They kept a clean work site and did a great job with cleanup. If you need a roofer, call them. From start to finish, JCR Roofing rocked. JCR Roofing recently replaced our roof. We had three roofing companies do an estimate. We are so glad we selected JCR Roofing!! Victor came out and did an estimate, with all the information we wanted. They offered us three different roofing plans, Good, Better, and Best. Based on the cost, we selected the “Better”. With that, all the materials were upgraded, with plenty of shingle options. They had a crew of four, with a two layer tear off, and had it done in three days. The whole crew was friendly and helpful.
