Mike has taken care of all my roofing needs for over 15 years. We have a concrete tile roof which started to leak after 5-8 years and Mike was recommended to me by a trusted Contractor friend of mine. Not only did he fix the leak but he showed me where the original installation did not meet then current installation guidelines and at a very reasonable price corrected all the substandard issues. He now exclusively takes care of my roof including adding new vents, repairing broken tiles, cleaning the roof and working with other Contractors when we added a large addition to the house. We had M&M Roofing perform some repairs and preventative maintenance on our tile roof. They were great from start to finish. Mike cleaned and moss treated our tile roof this summer. He showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. He also did a great job of covering our shrubs, cleaning out the gutters, and capturing the big mess at ground level. This is a big part of the job that others short change you on. My husband has Lymphoma cancer and had just finished 6 months of chemo. Our funds were really non-existent after that and the big wind storm tore off a lot of our shingles.
