Jay and his friendly crew built a beautiful and challenging front deck as well as rebuilt a side ramp, rebuilt our existing back deck, installed gravel paths, repair some roof and gutter challenges and even a great outside dog bath! Jay's ability to think through the many steps on not just how to construct a safe and sturdy deck but also highlighted the importance on future wear from our harsh weather on the coast and builds with appropriate materials brought us lots of assurance we had chosen the right company for the job. He is very professional, straightforward and stands by his work. We appreciate his integrity and his work ethics. I'd 100% hire PNW Roofing and Remodeling again and would encourage you to do so as well. And our new deck is amazing!

I highly recommend PNW Roofing and Remodeling if you are looking at a roof replacement. Jay and his team put a new roof on our home last year (sorry for the delay in writing the review Jay) and we were never disappointed or frustrated at any point in the process. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, always available by cell phone and in constant communication with us about the project-a rarity amongst contractors. The jobsite was clean at the end of the day and even close to a year later we have not found nails or debris from the job in the yard. The color looks great, no leaks, no complaints. The PNW crew is made up of respectful and hardworking guys that did a great job. Although it was not the cheapest quote we got, it was a fair quote and Jay was upfront about all costs in a detailed estimate. I cannot recommend this company enough. Jay answered on the first call and was extremely quick to schedule our roof inspection. Jay, Milton, and the rest of the PNW team did a fantastic job from quoting all the way through install and cleanup. Answered any and all questions and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote that outlined all materials being quoted/used. Jay was prompt to schedule the initial site visit to provide a quote and did a thorough job inspecting the roof inside and out. Highly recommend for a straight forward process without any sales gimmicks or high pressure pitches where they try to get you to sign right there or have an offer only good for the duration of the conversation. I got 5 other quotes and more than a couple ended with more than a little sales pressure. Paul came out to our home for an estimate. We appreciate the time he took, although we found it concerning that he came with an estimate in hand, without doing any inspection of the roof or attic space. We did have 3 others come before him, he cited he didn't need to inspect since the others most likely had already and he trusted their opinions. Ultimately we took his lead, and trusted another company. Keep in mind, the estimate was prepared without the knowledge of their findings either. He also made a comment during his time here that he has plenty of other buisness and wouldn't be hurt if we didn't choose him, eluding that he isn't too concerned about our buisness with them. Overall, it was a fairly uncomfortable meeting. He also took it upon himself to lecture our child about not bothering him during his pitch. The 3 others did fantastic with our kiddo.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Jay and the crew with PNW Roofing and Remodeling just finished installing a new roof on my house. They also blew in more insulation into my attic. Jay and his crew were professional, responsive, and did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone. They were not the lowest price nor the highest. I feel that I got great value for the quality of work done and respectfulness of the crew. They cleaned up the site each day and were done with my 1300 sf house in 2.5 days. Appreciate that Jay took the time to explain the reroofing process to us to replace our 22 yr old roof. He was the only one that did an attic inspection, able to show us where boards had become wet over the years. His crew cleaned up everything. His bid was the highest of those we received, but his bid contained everything that needed done--not like the other guys, which would have likely ended up costing us more in the end. They started on a rainy day (90% chance of rain with up to a 1/4" rainfall predicted) and finished the following day with no rainfall. They tarped and used dryers to dry out the attic. We had a large 18’x24’ Trex deck built over a slope with PNW roofing and remodeling. We received quotes from 5 different companies and these guys had the best price by a long shot. They always responded quickly and followed the exact timeline they gave us for everything from start to finish. Got four bids from local roofers. After penciling out all four, Jay's was the highest (read on). Jay's bid included everything as the others low-balled the bid and then added the "weasel" clauses - addons for sheathing, metal vents and 50 year warranty. Jay's bid spelled out everything using Certainteed 50 year roofing, metal vents, fascia repair, etc. Other bids were for IKON brand roofing with a 20 year warranty (addon for a 50 year warranty). Jay's honesty, integrity, thoroughness and professionalism won the bid. His excellent crew completed the 40 square job in two days and though he had supplier problems he made sure the job was done right.Service: Roof installation

I can’t say enough great things about Josh and the team. Josh has done a number of small projects around our home over the past year - fixing an assortment of things, hanging and mounting, and general handyman stuff.
