We worked with Weather Built Homes to get new windows. Danny did our windows, and he was so great! He took his time to get it right since the original windows were sort of jimmy-rigged in place. They weren't easy to put in because of the angle of our driveway and some trees, but he did an awesome job and made it work. We absolutely love Danny! He can do anything!And we really enjoyed his doggie Ozzy too :)We worked with Tristan to start with, he took time to explain, was very personable, and very nice to work with.We also worked with Katryna, and she was also very lovely, checking on us, keeping us updated, and answering or finding out questions we had during the process and also once all the work was done.Once the windows were complete, Jen came to check on them to make sure all was set and answered any questions we had, educated us on the little quirks of new windows, what to expect, and things to watch for.Thank you so much all, we love our new windows! <3

Salesman was on time and poliite. The communication was excellent and the installation went smoothly. The job was delayed by a few days but there was clear communication. There was also a misunderstanding between the sales team and the installations team but Weatherbuilt sent out a manager to make it right. I would recommend this company. Price was just as quoted

WBH subs did a great job on the roof of my 100 year old home and garage in PDX. They had a relatively new sales rep that didn’t mention anything about re-flashing my chimneys. They only offered a $100 discount after the fact. Kind of left me high and dry there which was frustrating.. would’ve got a fifth star if they took care of that. :(

I have been hesitant on writing a review because I'm not one to write poor reviews a lot. But we were excited to work with this company, the salesman was very nice at first and very patient. We enjoyed joking around and he was very charismatic, and probably very good at sales.Nearing the end of our time I said that we'd love to work with the company but it's just not in our financial interest right now, and would like to wait until the beginning of 2024 after we pay off some other debt. The salesman kept saying stuff like "I'm here for you, and don't want to harm or push you" yet that's exactly what he kept doing. I even said that I'm not comfortable with this and do not want to sign anything. He kept pushing and pushing and pushing.I initially thought we were just getting a quote, like every other roofing company we talked to. Not be pressured into signing anything right there. I eventually signed just to get him out of the house, and first thing in the morning I sent the contract in to retract it.It left such a bad taste in my mouth, and we probably would have worked with the company had he not pressured us so hard that night.Also, come to find out he gave us very false information about other roofing styles such as metal roofing. I called other roofing companies and asked their opinion and they told me very different information than the one he was saying.Also, the type of roofing he was selling is no different than other ones on the market, so why is it costing $22k when we could spend $8k??Super scammy, we will not be working with them in the future. Really kind of sucks because the sales man was really nice at first.

Tim was our sales rep and did a fantastic job. He answered all of my questions quickly and was direct with his answers. The new roofing system looks different than the old one where the "valleys" come together on a hip roof so I contacted him regarding my curiosity. He never guessed on any answers, he either knew it or got the answer from the person who did. Stacey called me at home to explain the new system and why it looks different. This company has excellent customer service and is very responsive including after the sale and installation is complete. The work crew was professional and pleasant. They greeted me when I got home from work or walked out to my car. They cleaned up their debris and swept the lawn, sidewalk, and deck with a large rolling magnet to pick up nails and screws that may have fallen during removal and installation. This was a long way of saying Weather Built is trustworthy and reliable.Service: Roof installation

Paid more than I had budgeted for and their quote was higher than a couple others I received but WOW am I happy with the end result! The representative spent the time necessary to walk me through the value in spending the extra money for the additions. They vented our entire roof and it has significantly regulated the temperature in our home and in our garage attic. Besides loving how our new roof, my wife’s favorite part is not worrying about sweating when she needs to pull something out of the attic. I've worked for Weather Built Homes for over a year now, as an employee you can get jaded over time. In my position as a porridge consultant a lot is expected of you, but the ownership doesn't flay you when you're not performing, they check in with you to make sure you're ok. They truly care about their employees. Jennifer and Bryan get it, they know to attract great employees you have to treat them like family. If you knew nothing else about this company than that, you should use them for your exterior home needs.Here's the rub they treat their clients the same way, they're going to take care of you, and any issue you have with your project. They're not going to be taken advantage of but if something is wrong they diligently and quickly work to resolve the issue.That's the kind of company I work for and I'm proud of my company. As a salesperson it is so incredible to be able to be completely honest and genuine with your potential customers, because you KNOW the company you work for is going to back up everything you tell them and more.

Though I haven't had them replace my roof, I will say that Tim was wonderful. He was respectful of our home and very polite to my family. He gave us information and told us upfront that the price was not cheap. He also convinced me that the work would be worth the cost. I look forward to updating this review once the work is finished, but I will say the quote process was not stressful and he was not pushing for the sale. He let the information and products weather built homes has sell itself. Worth the conversation for sure.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

This review is comprised of two reviews in one as I have had the pleasure of having two jobs completed by WBH.First job was new roof to replace an old and worn out roof. The project exceeded my expectations in every way, from presentation of project all the way to completion. My roof literally looks amazing and my old 2000 built home looks completely different. So much so that many of my neighbors have commented that it looks like I have replaced the old house with a new one. Installation crew did everything expected and more, including ensuring that cleanup of my property left no trace that they had been there.... well except for the new roof. 😆Second project done was to place siding on my home. Needless to say, an amazing job completed by the "one-man" wonder, Danny Clymer. Danny went above and beyond to ensure everything, from the large and prominent aspects as well as the tiny and often unnoticed aspects were each completed with precision and craftsmanship. What else can be said about Danny?? The man is in every way the person one wants handling their siding project. He is amazingly down to earth, very professional, and when fortunate to get to know him more personally, becomes very much a part of the family. He really knows his stuff and will make sure the job is done right, including ensuring the finer details are right and look like they were supposed to be there all along. Most importantly, Danny will go above and beyond to ensure you are fully satisfied if not excited about his completed work.As for Jennifer, Katryna (aka "Kat"), Tim, and the rest of the WBH team... Top-notch and great folks to get to know and have handling your project needs. When and if bumps arise with any project, as bumps often do, The team at WBH will do the right thing to ensure that the customer is taken care of and that things are fully taken care of in every way. Should bumps arise, the team at WBH will immediately take responsibility for their mistakes and literally make things right. Their goal is to always ensure that their customers feel special and taken care of.I do not often write such a long review, but in the case of WBH, it must be done even though there is not enough room to say all that could be said about this company of fine individuals. Main take away... If you want your project done right and want the best there is, then no questions asked use WBH for any of your exterior home project needs. I will be using them again for any other exterior projects I have in the future no question or doubt about it.

While I will say that Tim was fantastic, I am disappointed with the installation process. We decided to go ahead and get new gutters with our new roof. We were ecstatic that they scheduled us for April 4th to get our new gutters and roof. The process took a day and a half, the old gutters were torn off, the roof was replaced and it looked incredible. However, they did not replace the gutters. When I inquired about it, I was told that the gutters would come later. My husband called about them and was told the gutters would be replaced "sometime next week" without giving us a date. We live in Washington where it rains all of the time and in the last week we have had nonstop rain. Water has been running off our new roof and is flooding our porches and making it hard to get out the door without getting drenched. I am highly frustrated with the whole process and wish we would have gone with a different company to get the gutters installed even though they were supposedly "free." I caution anyone who uses this company when getting a new roof and gutters to make sure they will be installed the same day.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair
