The delivery and setup went without a hitch. The driver was so very careful and meticulous about the building position and level that I knew he was going to do it right. My only concern is that there is no overhang on any side if the roof but then again I knew that when I bought the building. The construction is very impressive and I am anxious to finish wiring and insulating the inside so that I can start using my workshop.

Rich was very helpful getting the materials ordered. Enjoyed talking about our service time. I think he helped in getting the best price i could aford. I have not recieved the two covers yet, but will update after they are installed.

Honest people, great buildings, excellent service and delivery. Bob at the Lewisburg location is very thoughtful and no high pressure sales talk. Pineview builds with quality materials throughout and it shows. The reflective interior surface is a nice feature. I just purchased my second Pineview Building (the first 5 years ago and it still looks like new) and the quality and attention to customers continues.

I was very impressed with Daniel when I inquired about the greenhouses they have on their lot in Beckley Wv. He was polite, knowledgeable and patient as I asked all my questions. If your in the market for buildings, I would highly recommend Ascential Buildings. Ask for Daniel he's a great guy.

Very friendly, and helpful place of business. I searched other dealers online and locally, Ascential Buildings gave us the best deal. Rich Koontz was very professional, helpful and understanding. Plan to do other business in the future.

To busy trying to push a new building on you at $10,000 or above to receive a 20% discount which they kept saying it was ending tomorrow, telling me even if you buy a smaller unit that I would still have to pay full price for a bigger building and loss on the material as they tried pushing the 20ft or more which i said it wouldn't fit my property nor was I even interested. Seen a repo unit which was still $10,000 but as he tries to force a new building again instead of making a deal on the used unit which I wanted but wasn't going to pay full price on a used item, come on! I had cash on hand to purchase a building or garage but seems they wasn't interested in making a deal so like the old saying goes cash spends anywhere so I went to another place and found a much better deal since I told them about theses cosmos and purchase a new building for way less then $10,000 which I later found out that they were trying to make commission and they could of bargain a deal especially with cash in hand.Dont recommend these guys they aren't professional just pushy salesman whom think they are smarter than the customers when we know really how much goes in theses cheaply built buildings and low cost materials, jacking the price up making you think you're getting a deal! Research beforehand to save you time and money!

I can't say enough about my great experience at Ascential Buildings in Beckley! When I showed up to the lot to look at the buildings, Nathan Immediately came to greet me and show me around. He is a fantastic salesperson, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Rick, who called and scheduled my delivery was friendly and professional. Seth delivered my building. He called right on time and showed up shortly after. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient! He placed the building exactly where I wanted it made sure it was level and sturdy before leaving.From start to finish this was an easy process and a great experience. They also have a website that allows you to design your own wood or metal building I highly recommend Ascential Buildings for all of your building needs!

Joe and the team have been phenomenal! We found the building we wanted online, went to the lot and got an even better deal than anticipated with some great rebates going on this month! We were in and out in less than thirty minutes with a solid plan and a payment that I am more than comfortable with! The delivery team has already arranged the transport to our home too and it will be here in less than the projected two weeks! I highly recommend this team and company, especially if you’re wanting to avoid opening more loans.

Me and my wife went to look at a building that I had found. Spoke with Joe over the phone and told him what we were looking at on line. When we arrived at the lot in Beckley, we realized the building was too big for the area that we was going to have it set up. Joe showed us a smaller one which we decided would work for us. Joe was very attentive to our needs and never pressured us into something else. Highly recommend them and Joe

We recently purchased a 10’ x 20’ shed. The whole process of buying the shed and having it delivered was fairly smooth. It would have been delivered a week after buying it, but we had to put delivery off due to COVID. We finally got it 3 weeks after buying it and we could not be happier. It’s very well built.

My mom purchased a 12x20 building recently from Pine View. The overall experience was awesome. We REALLY appreciated the time that Jesse spent with us, to be sure the product looked great with her home, and met all of her storage needs. The building came in on time, and is beautiful. My only issue is that we feel someone from delivery should have come to the delivery sight ahead of time, to plan what equipment was needed, and, moreover, that more than one person would have made delivery and set up much more time efficient (not to mention less stressful for EVERYONE involved , including the driver).There is a large hole in the floor from the hook used to move buildings around the lot. A work order has been filled out. We only have one issue with that as well. A copy of the work order should have been provided, and a definite repair date written on it. We are just guessing and assuming it will be done in a timely manner.Basically, I'm sure Jesse is a huge asset to the Beckley office, as she was a lifesaver for us. She made a large purchase a lot more fun, and our delivery driver, Darren, needs a raise.
