I had a great experience with Boss Services. Harold runs a very good company; Kenny and Doug were extremely professional when they were installing my bathroom vanity, cleaning the gutters, trim and plumbing. I could not have asked for a better experience and I plan on using Boss Services again in the future.

Boss Services is my go to for all of my household projects. They respond quickly, perform quality work, and they’re reasonably priced. I’ve had them do a variety of jobs but most recently they’ve helped me with lawn care, changed the locks on all of my doors, and replaced plumbing fixtures. The jobs were completed quickly, with professionalism, and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend Boss Services for all of your households projects.

A few months ago, we had work done by this place and it actually was INCORRECTLY done- which ended up resulting in a 7k bill from digging for no reason at all. We thought the issue was fixed, turns out it actually was made worse and has now caused further issues down the line. During the time of this place doing work for us, the employees never showed up at a decent hour(usually it was late evening into night), which is not ideal having children by the way. The job was extended multiple times and carried out way longer than it should have been. If I could rate zero stars, I absolutely would. I don’t know how this place has managed to have such a good rating? I would be shocked to even find out that some of the people working here are even licensed in the profession due to how large of a mess that has been created- not including the money we lost. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

We had some issues regarding moving and not having communication, but we later learned that Harold had been in the hospital and was unable to talk. BOSS services is fantastic!! I called on my moving day in a panic. The moving company I originally went with totally flaked. I called BOSS services and within 45 minutes they had picked up my Uhaul and were at my place. They were very professional and extremely nice. Highly recommend!!!

Would not recommend. Arrived late and didn't finish the job. Price was outrageous for what was performed. Hired to clean gutters and only completed the one story gutters, totally skipping the 2nd story gutters, and spending way to much time blowing leaves around.Service: Gutter cleaning
