About a dozen calls in and still no call back. Every time we are told someone will contact you before the end of the day.9-19-23 got a response to my review on their website, but still no phone call back from anyone even a request for the owner to call me and same thing still no call back. As of right now there will never be any future business from our family and not sure the businesses we deal with will want to continue their business either.

Don’t waist your time. I approved a system replacement quote and was told they would contact me to schedule. 4 weeks and multiple phone calls later, they are ignoring me. Now I am stuck looking for another company. I will now have to wait several more weeks to get on the schedule for another company. They will be disrespectful of your time and you should use another company.

This company is the best!!(Backstory) There’s nothing worse than having your HVAC stop working on a hot day and having no one to come out to help. This happened to me and it took three days of let downs from my home warranty company and phone calls to many companies till I finally was able to find some who would help me!(Experience) My help was a gentlemen named Dave, from WV Heating and Cooling … he came to my rescue to fix my older unit today that had broken down on me. He did such a great job, he was friendly, more than fair, honest, and worked quickly to restore our system when I couldn’t get scheduled in at any other place that I had called and that my service provider had tried to call.I am beyond grateful and intend on calling WV Heating and Cooling Services for all my future needs! I will never call another heating and cooling company! Dave was here when he said he would be and fixed our problem very quickly. You can tell he cares about the job he's doing. Since covid started its so hard to find someone to do any job since everyone is so short staffed. That's not the case here. He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done! The one star reviews are spot on. These people have a horrible problem not getting back in contact with you. They never could call us back after we had a few of their guys here for an estimate. They said they would be in touch and nothing! (The people weren’t even that friendly to begin with.) Thankfully we found another local company that’s 1000x better at communicating and even much friendlier.

Please go somewhere else!On May 15, WV Heating-Cooling came to my house to see why my furnace wouldn't come on. It needed a repair. On May 20, I received an estimate which I approved, signed, and returned on May 21.Then nothing. On May 25, I emailed to see if the had received the signed estimate. They had. On June 10, I emailed stating I had heard from no one about scheduling the repair. No response. On June 16, I called to follow up. Someone called me back and assured me it would be done the week of June 22. Week of June 22, I've heard nothing. I called on June 24 to follow up. No response. I called on June 25 again to follow up. No response.Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I assume that is what I will have to do now after they've wasted more than a month of my time.

My mom called and had to leave a message and the guy didn't return her call. My mom's air-conditioner quit working, and my mom is on Oxygen too. I'm very very angry 😠

How to say it took 8 days for them install new heating system ....after calling the owners and complaining they replaced the workers which they did install the heat but they didn't fix attic I just have plywood laying over hole also o ly one heating vent in my basement when I wanted two .....
