Shane did a great job. Came out TOOK HIS TIME and listened to me and my problems. Attacked the issues on different fronts. Not the typical walkaround the house just to spray the ground and gone in 3 minutes. Took the time inside as well, getting to the tough spots. Best tech I’ve had since Eddie from Dodsons. I’ll continue to use Dodsons with this kind of service.

To whom it may concern, Good MorningIt is a pleasure to share our impressions of Dakota Lukach.We believe Dakota has been serving our area for the past five plus years. He is on time every third Friday of the month. He telephone calls us on Thursday afternoon to remind us that he will be at our home on Friday morning about 9:30AM.If there is a problem he makes arrangements to come at a that is convenient for us and him.Dakota is very pleasant and always greets us with a smile and happy 'hello'. He never forgets to ask if there are any problems or special requests to be taken care of during the visit. Over the years we have had problems with wasps and bees making hives under the deck and stairs. Dakota has no problem checking and destroying the nests.If we have had the grass cut just before Dakota's visit he makes sure he does not track the cuttings into the house.Dakota has provided glue boards to catch mice who like to visit our family room. Further he has provided special lights for the lower level of the house and the for the kitchen on the main floor. These lights catch flies and provide light in the hallways.Over the years we have had several Dodson technicians taking care of our house. I called Dodson and spoke to a young lady Jodie and she told me she couldn’t get anyone out until Wednesday..I called on Monday I accepted and told her thank you….about 30 minutes later a knock on the door and it was two gentleman from Dodson. They came in serviced our home and were so helpful, polite and customer service was top notch. Thank you Dodson for excellent service!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM !!THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!. WE PAID OVER $200 UP FRONT , THEY SAID THEY WERE THE BEST , TOLD US WHAT WE WANTED TO HEAR THEY.
