Sam helped us with estimates and deck options, then William, Frank and the rest of the crew got to work on the construction soon after. Work done was fascia repair then gutter replacement to 2/3 of house. (Gutter works better when attached to house rather than hanging off of it. Go figure.)Brit and Ernie were awesome. They were very friendly, hard-working and professional. It took some time before AllPro could get to my job due to their workload and inclement weather but they kept me informed. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks great.I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Gutter InstallationAllPro was prompt and friendly. The price was reasonable and competitive. They arrived prepared and on time and finished in a prompt fashion. They had to come back twice to repair leaks where the gutters meet at 90 degrees. I am disappointed the seamless gutters were twisted on the ends and not flush to the fascia. They added hangers on the end to try and resolve the issue but that should not have been necessary and did not resolve the issue to my full satisfaction. I am hoping going forward that we can get the issue resolved,

Allpro Home Improvement skillfully installed 27 ProVia Aspect replacement windows in just a few days. We met the crew leader (Bill) when he came to our house to check the existing windows with Sam, and we had Sam put it in the contract that Bill would do the installation. Jonell contacted us twice before the start date to confirm and reconfirm the date and time. The work started on schedule and finished earlier in the week than we expected (which we appreciated). Bill, Jim, Gary, and Steve (for a day) were all professional, friendly, efficient, and took great care in their work and the clean-up. We enjoyed having them around. We were concerned that they might run into trouble once they started removing the old windows, but the whole process went smoothly. Bill made sure that were happy with all their work before they left. The new windows are a big improvement. They look great and make the house much quieter. The 3 men who performed the work today (installation of 2 railings and repair of fascia) were respectful and professional. AllPro replaced our gutters with a continuous system and installed rain guard. Not only did they come out within a week to give a free estimate, but they were also prompt in installing the new system. All materials were cleaned up as if they had not been there. Our new gutters work and look great!

My husband and I could not be more happy with the work and customer service we received from AllPro! Sam consulted with us via phone, email. and came out to our house several times; he even met with our roofer a couple times to make sure our job got done just right. Three men came to work on our house and were able to answer any and all of my questions; they were kind and patient and very polite. Our family wanted a screened-in porch with a small outside deck space as well. We live in a townhome, so it took a bit of planning to come up with a design that would fit into our neighborhood and between the adjacent homes to our unit. From the beginning, Sam and his colleagues were extremely professional. Sam created a detailed plan for the screen room and worked with us on all the little details we wanted. We were able to get a beautiful new deck as well as essentially an additional room and square footage for our house. The whole team kept us informed every step of the way from tear down of the old deck to finishing touches inside the room. I've had a lot of work done over the summer/fall/winter by a variety of contractors so I know the difference between good and bad out there. Allpro, by far, has been the best and most reliable with everything. Their work crew shows up and best yet... works hard. They're knowledgeable and skilled. The staff handling appts is professional. If you think that's what SHOULD be, you're right but you'll unfortunately find that's a rarity among contractors. These guys represent what SHOULD be the norm but unfortunately is not. You might as well book these guys if you want no drama, good work done. Pleasure to have worked with them and I will continue to do so. Pics to come.

Simply put they did the work they said they would do and when they said they would do it. We had wind damage to our shakes which they replaced three stories off the ground. They kept a neat work site and were very professional, everything was explained and in writing. Our house looks better than it has in years. They made it look easy, even working three stories up. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Too bad 5 stars is the most you can give! Sam was great doing the estimate and had several good suggestions regarding the details involved in the deck cover project. Rick, Ryan and Devin are super craftsmen and problem solvers. I don't recall ever seeing them sit down. It was all work and they went the extra mile to make the entire project a success. A special shout out to Ryan for also installing the Micro Guard gutter covers. That guy is fearless!

Unfortunately contacted for a quote, guy came out and all they do is vinyl siding, don't do decks, interior work, call and make sure they are able to do what you need. Seems to be roof and siding only, doesn't equal the name....

Kind of wasted a huge amount of time. Called and stated what I was looking for, drove an hour to meet for the guy to just say they can't do anything with the property and it was just over their heads. I guess they need to catch the guys up that make appointment on what their company does and doesn't do. I explained it all during the call.
