I gave the owner a bean bag cover to replace the zipper on 3 months ago, she told me to come back the next friday to get my item. I went on friday during her listed business hours and she wasn’t there so I called and left a message. she called me the next week and said that she had some family issues and was working on it and would call me the next week to let me know when to come get it. it’s been over two months since then and i have called and left multiple messages without a single response from her. her listed business hours aren’t accurate and she doesn’t communicate with customers at all.
