Quite possibly the biggest joke of a service department. My family was traveling from GA to PA and experienced car trouble in our expedition. I met them there at 8am Monday morning simply asking if they could look at it. Was told no they were booked for the day. Understandable, but when I asked if there was anyway possible just to have them read codes from the vehicle was met with a firm no, and they wouldn’t be able to look at it for a week. I looked into the shop as I was leaving. 1 vehicle inside of the shop plenty of open bays and technicians just standing around. Seems like this dealership doesn’t believe in morals and values especially for a person traveling and experience issues.

I do not recommend the service department to anyone. They took advantage of a situation when they charged $45 to tie wrap something together (parts were not readily available) while our son was traveling away from home. This was deemed something that should have been repaired under warranty by another authorized Ford dealership. What was an opportunity to provide great customer service turned into a negative situation.

I had bought a Ford at another dealership, but had always got my service done at this location. The service was excellent. Yesterday I had a different experience. I went to this local dealership to buy a brand new truck. I arrived, and walked through the parking lot for 20-30 minutes looking at trucks. Thinking eventually a salesman would come and introduce himself and start the sale. I never did see anyone. I could see people walking around inside, but not one person came out to talk to me. I have owned Ford's my whole life, but when service like this happens, it may be time for a change. It was, I went up the interstate 5 miles, and spent my money where they want to sell vehicles. Sorry Mark LeRose Ford, you just lost 50k yesterday. The many times I bragged your service department up, I was hoping I could do the same for your salesman also. That's hard to do when you never even see one. Best of luck in the future.

There service is not good had them put a new junction box and wireing harnesses on my car when they finally got my car fixed they said my battery was not any good so the but a new battery on and changed me 260.00 for that and my still would. Not run said that my old battery must have shorted something out and that with the new part on then my car would run rough for a little while do not take you cat to them

My mother just purchased a 2019 Festa and it was a great experience for her and piece of mind for me. Tammy and Mike were wonderful start to finsh; we started out just looking and it was a done deal with no pressure by time we left. They take advantage of women that purchase vehicles from them. They have very poor customer service after the sale. Then they will recommend some shady business to help you out when they refuse to. They have lost my business and also the business of several friends and family members.

Terrible, Terrible salesman hang up on customers, then sales manager Hangs up on perspective customers. Should not make proposals they have no intention of keeping. I've purchased 4 trucks from Northside Chevy. They just lost a very good customer who had all his service work done there. No more.
