Larry Bird and his team were very responsive to our needs and concerns and Liz and Joe were also great. The roof was done in one day and cleanup was well orchestrated. One item of importance was we had two brand choices for shingles, not just one and they actually had larger sample sizes to help with color selection. Also, Larry was very easy to speak with and I found him very trustworthy. Everything we discussed up front happened just as he said it would. Requested an estimate for roof leak and scheduled the date and time. No one showed up. Received a call, well after they were supposed to arrive, that they would have to reschedule. The next person shows up on the wrong day! Tells us that we would receive a quote by email within 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later, multiple phone calls, no quote. Unprofessional, unorganized, if I could give zero stars, I would. Waste of time.

Larry was great to work with! My roof started to leak due to storm damage and Larry went above and beyond to make sure one of his guys were there the same day to give me an estimate and try to find where it was leaking and do a temporary fix until we were scheduled for the replacement. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. My roof looks amazing, no leaks and his crew did a fantastic job with cleanup. So had shingle damage due to high wind and contacted Roof Doctors. They got back with me quickly and got someone out to look at the damage. Was told I would receive my estimate via email but never did. Reached out over several weeks to Heather and still no estimate. I don't understand contractors coming to look a job and not giving an estimate after they say they would. DO NOT waste your time with this company.

I love doing business with true professionals who treat you like they appreciate your business! Larry Bird and his crew are all about customer service and satisfaction! Our roof suffered damage during a heavy wind storm. From the first phone call and conversation with my friend Larry Bird @ Roof Doctor to the estimate took less than twenty four hours. Larry then helped me with filing my claim with State Farm. Then a week to the day after receiving our insurance settlement later the Roof Doctor crew was on our roof! They arrived at 7:30am and they started to work! By 10:00am our roof was bare! By 6:30 that evening our new roof was on and the workers were cleaning up. And I mean cleaning up! The next day you would have never known there had been a construction crew on our property!If you need a roof fixed or replaced theses are your guy! Oh one more thing... the final cost that we wrote the check for and the estimated cost were the exact same amount!!!! I contacted The Roof Doctor after a recommendation from a neighbor. I had a pipe boot fail causing a leak. I got a near immediate response from Larry and he and one of his crew were at my house the next morning. They replaced one damaged boot and performed recommended repairs on two others.They are very professional, polite and honest. Their price for the work performed was very reasonable. All difficult traits to find today. He (Larry) did not attempt to sell me something I didn't need. I would highly recommend them.

I love Roof Doctor. I called with many questions and the owner talked with me for a long while answering my questions and educating me along the way. He was patient and stayed on the phone with me as long as was needed. As we prepared for the roof installation, I had constant communication and Roof Doctor catered to me, bringing me roof samples to my home on a very snowy day. Once the decision was made to go through with the roof installation by Roof Doctor, I was able to get my roof on within the week. Workers arrived at my house at 8 am and were finished, loaded up, and gone by 3 pm. They never stopped working. My roof looked excellent and the yard looked like nobody had been there. The next day, my roof was inspected for quality at the time of payment to ensure everything was excellent. Everyone I encountered was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Though getting a new roof is a first for me, I couldn’t imagine a better way to go than by using Roof Doctor. I got a great roof, quick work, knowledge and patience, and and education along the way. Excellent quality of work and superb attention to detail! WOW! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Roof Doctor. The initial roof inspection was detailed and thorough - including pictures to show us where our metal roof was leaking. Materials were delivered promptly. Our metal roof was replaced within a week. The experienced metal roof installers travelled from two different neighboring states (over three hours one way) and worked until it was dark to make sure that our roof was leakproof. Larry and his guys did an amazing job. We wanted our dream deck 16’x24’, but the catch was we wanted it covered with an open gable roof. We contacted 6 contractors in the kanawaha valley to come do an estimate, most never returned our call, others just did a rough estimate over the phone, but Larry came out and discussed what we wanted. His estimate was more than fair and we could not be happier with the way it turned out. I highly recommend using the Roof Doctor.

I called The Roof Doctor this morning after my skylight sprung a leak. Larry was very nice and understanding and came by this afternoon with Justin. They patched the area today so we didn’t have to worry about more rain coming in with the expected storms. Gave me a fair and honest quote for a permanent fix that is $4000 less than the company who did it wrong to begin with. They answered all our questions. We will definitely be hiring them to come back to do our skylights and deck!!!!I recommend using The Roof Doctor for any of your roofing needs.

Our roof was in such disrepair that we were afraid it would cost a fortune to replace. Larry and Shawn worked with us tirelessly to make sure that we were able to get everything done that was required at an affordable price, with quality materials and workmanship. Their communication and care for the customer is on point. The finished product is not only functional, the craftsmanship is beautiful and entirely changed the look of our house. I don't run around the house trying to chase down leaks anymore when it rains. Would highly recommend for all your roofing/gutter needs!

A year ago we purchased a new roof from the Roof Doctor. We paid well over $10K for our new roof and a year later we are still having problems. Within 4 months of the "new" roof being installed, we had a leak inside our home that damaged a new drywall ceiling. After several phone calls with the owner, they did patch the roof within a month or so and had someone come and fix the drywall that was damaged inside as well. At the same time this happened, my husband also told the owner of another problem we were having where water just pours off two corners of the house days after it rains. This was never a problem before we had the new roof installed. My husband probably called the owner Larry at least 5 times about this issue. He insured us we had a 10 year warranty on the roof and he would send someone out to fix the issue. It has now been well over 6 months and no one has come to fix this issue, nor have we received the warranty paperwork that we have asked for several times. Someone did come out about two months ago to look at the roof and said they would be back the following week to fix it. To this date, no one has shown back up to fix the issue. With as much money as we spent on this roof, you would expect the quality and communication to be much better. I do not recommend doing business with this roof company!Service: Roof installation
