The owner and employees are always helpful/Knowledgable. Ive patronized this hardware store for years. Very convenient for various hardware,plumbing and building supplies. In particular has saved time and milage when in the middle of plumbing emergency or carpentry project where I may be short of a particular item.

Been there a few times since moving to the area and I have nothing but good things to say. Very friendly and helpful staff. They go the extra mile for their customers. Last trip there, a fella named Jake helped me with a couple of problems I was having with my weed eater and plumbing. Definitely recommend stopping in when you have a chance.

I shop here A LOT, and they are actually pretty rude people. Not to everyone but I guess they don't approve of the way I look because you can tell a person's attitude towards you when u are just asking them a question. Ace is supposed to be all for their customers but Rainelle store manager needs to find some new employees that actually have a heart.

They're a well stocked hardware store but their prices are pretty high on just about everything they carry. They do carry some hard-to-find, niche stuff. Would have given another star if they hadn't locked the doors, shut down the registers and killed the lights 8 minutes early yesterday. I needed one bolt and was paying with a card. Wouldn't have even messed up their till count. I will avoid this store in the future based on this. I did go to the other hardware store in Rainelle and was given very good service despite making it to their door with 4 minutes to closing

Cant stand the employees they always acting like they are better than everyone, which u work at Ace. Take a long look in the mirror. Wouldn't recomend to anyone. I like Ace just not this one.

Ok as long as you know what your looking for. If your tattooed or dress urban you should just stay away. They will follow you around to the point of discomfort
