My roof was in terrible shape and I had tried patching it myself over the years to extend its life. Finally I had to have it replaced and chose to use American Dream Roofing. I wish I had called them a long time ago. The owner, Jeff Workman, has decades of roofing experience and it shows. He has an excellent crew and they were able to make my 80 year old roof like new in just two days. I called him because a couple of my friends told me about the great job he did on their roof and now I’ll be telling everyone about the great job he did on mine.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

I called them a week after a storm, and even though they were busy, Jeff came out the next day to look and measure the roof for an estimate and gave me an estimate on the spot (and stayed right on the estimate too). I had to wait a few weeks due to the backlog from the storms, but that's understandable. Jeff and his team were awesome and got a large complex roof torn out and finished in 4 days (including removing 2 chimneys, cleaning out gutters, and installing gutter guards). The other reviews stating he is grumpy and unprofessional on the phone just don't sound like him at all. Whenever I have been on the phone or talked to him in person, he is very professional, cheery, and friendly (it's like talking to an old friend). This guy was incredibly unprofessional, and frankly just stupid if he's actually trying to run a successful business. For starters, he answers the phone in a grumpy tone with nothing but "Hello??"... Then when I asked if they offer free roofing estimates he simply just said "no thank you, no thank you" and hung up on me. Amazing. Good luck with business, you're going to need it.

Guy told me he would come look at the house within an hour, an hour had passed and I called to check and see if he was still coming, he stated he had not left yet and I had somewhere to be at 5pm so I told him this and tried to reschedule but he was very rude and told me to just call someone else and hung up the phone. Do not recommend unless you want to wait around on someone for them to be rude to you.
