I bought a 2012 Hyundai Accent from here a few months ago. Zane, the salesman, was very kind and funny. He accommodated my elder family member while we did business. He took the time to show me all of the features/buttons in the car and even connected my Bluetooth for me before I even made a decision. They let me drive every car as much and as many times as I needed to. I found a problem with the bumper that they said they were not aware of, but they offered to fix it for me for free and come back to pick it up, or discount the car "as it." There was a recall concern I had on the car, and they made all of the appropriate phone calls to get me the information to put me at ease. The customer service was great. The manager called me several times over the month and a half following my purchase to see how things were going and even mailed me a new battery for my key. Crissy made the financing process fast and seamless, not pushing any additional products on me, and answered all of my first-time car loan questions in a language that anyone would understand. I read a bad review about a truck that broke down a week after they bought it, saying that the company would not pay their portion of the warranty, but I haven't had any problems or been in that situation. Overall, I had a great experience with this small town used-car seller.

I don't normally make a super long review but I think that this place deserves it. I was treated with the up most respect and honesty I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. Let me tell you that Cara is an absolute dream for someone who wants no hassle buying. She took my wife and I to four different lots and we test drove so many suvs until we found the perfect one. Actually Cara found it for us. We knew what we wanted and she gave us the chance to find it without having to deal with the typical dealer stuff. Thank you Cara... see you in a few years . DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS "FAMILY". My mother in law bought a truck from this dealership and was cheated out of her hard earned money. She purchased a pre-owned truck and within 7 days of the purchase, the rear axle had broken. The warranty that was offered and signed was for 30% off parts and labor. This "Family" decided not to cover it under the implied warranty (Warranty of Merchantability), instead they decided to pay for their 30% and 30%, saying they could handle the hit on social media if they got a bad review.The only acceptable thing that this organization has done with our experience is to discount the repair cost of the axle to less than 50% Which exceeds their legal obligation of 30%.Legally this organization is sound, however the fact that a vehicle was purchased and within 7 days became nonoperational discredits this organization and the "quality" products and low standards it provides.Do not trust this organization. Find other dealerships with better quality standards on their products.

If you buy a car here get a temporary tag because they take their time on getting titles processed. Day 25 an still not taken care of. They do have 30 days to do it but they should think about the fact the customer only has 30 days to transfer old tags. Also it doesn't do any good to call them they just transfer your call around for a hour to voicemail. All it seems they care about is the money an they definitely got that.

I wasn't really ever here but Google thinks I was because I was back behind at another shop getting a sticker on my car. They seem to have a nice selection of cars though. I have bought a car from the lot next door owned by Chris Ullman. It was a Jeep Liberty with a diesel engine. I loved it but some jack wagon pulled out in front of me on Christmas Eve a few years back and it was totaled.

I didn't buy anything (first time looking to buy) but the staff was very helpful. I cant say I recall the gentleman's name. However I told him I was new and he sat me down and explained the process. He didn't try to push any sales just helped with the logistics and helped me plan how to make a purchase I really wanted. Very grateful. Great staff and beautiful vehicles.
