A truly big transformation this project has made on our home! Experienced an uncomfortable living situation due to some structural issues present, Schneider put our worries to rest and dreams to life.Provided excellent communication from fall to spring in terms of safely beginning our project around the winter months. They are honest and stand by their work. I recently had my bathroom remodeled and am very pleased with the quality of work completed by Schneider Siding and Windows. Communication lines were clear from start to finish, they were prompt, particular with their work, and they cleaned up great! I had all my windows replaced in 2015 and they did a wonderful job so there was no question who to contact with the bathroom remodel project. We had Schneider Siding & Windows perform a major door and window replacement job at our residence April 2023. I deliberately held off submitting a review until now so we could get a feel for how the windows & patio door performed. It has now been six months and we are totally satisfied. The job was performed on schedule and on budget. Any issue that cropped up was quickly and thoroughly dealt with to our satisfaction. My husband and I took on a very large home improvement project that involved new windows and siding on our tutor style house. With such a big and expensive project, we got quotes and advice from just about every window and siding company in the Eau Claire area. We chose Schnider because of their professionalism, knowledgeable advice, and quote for the project. We 100% made the right call going with them!!! Our house looks even better than we could have hoped and the guys who worked on it were so amazing! They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and talented. I spoke with Mark from Schneider Siding & Windows about replacing all 7 windows in our old, but remodeled hunting cabin. During some of our previous remodeling, I soon learned that nothing in that 1930's cabin was square. Nothing. So it was no surprise that Mark had to measure every window twice! The new Parco windows arrived in about 5 weeks, and (contractor) Tim, started installing them on that very same day. It was immediately apparent that Mark had done an EXCELLENT job of measuring and ordering the right windows! As each window was completed, it was also quite apparent that Tim knew exactly what he was doing, and he did it very well! Tim had to make several cuts and alterations to make everything fit properly and he did so with the precision of a highly-skilled surgeon! All 7 of our new Parco windows look and work GREAT! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the friendliness, professionalism and service that Mark and Tim from Schneider Siding & Windows provided! Great job! Thank you, both!

I have no issues with the actual quality of work from the staff. However, I will not do business again with the current owner, Eric Borst, and I don't recommend this business to others. He clearly doesn't know the craft for which he bids - and therefore he expects for you to pay for his incompetence when the job isn't bid correctly. Customers would be better off if the craftsmen who work for him managed the projects up front.
