As others have said, if I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Actually it should be a minus 5. DO NOT hire these people for anything! I hired them to do the roof on my home last summer. I gave them half the money down right away. 1st mistake. They didn't start the roof until there was snow on it. There was nobody from Wilson Smith even on the job. They subcontracted the job out to another contractor who I never heard of before. I came home from work after the first day and there was vans and equipment left in the driveway with other roofing contractors names on them. Nothing of Wilson and Smith. The 2 day job took 4 days. There were nails showing everywhere in the singles, there were shingles missing, loose, and broken. They damaged my siding, sidewalk, gutters, driveway, sidewalk, and deck. I've never seen something like it ever. I have over 175 pics of the terrible job they did and the destruction they caused to my property. The job was so bad, the manufacturer of the shingles rejected the roof and will not warranty it at all. After a ton of haggling, Wilson Smith agreed to redo the roof in the spring. "It will be the first job we do next spring" representative of the company Dan Brown said. We wrote up a contract stating that they would redo the roof and fix all the damage in spring of 2019 and when completed they would be paid the remainder of the original estimate. This contract was transferable, as we were planning on selling early spring, and we did sell, the contract was transferred to the new owners and the money to finish the job out into an escrow account to be paid to Wilson Smith at time of completion as there was still snow on the ground when we sold so they couldn't complete the work before the new owners moved in. It's the 1st of September this weekend. The job has never been completed. Wilson & Smith will not return any phone calls from the new owners or their family. They have completely blocked my phone number. I know they are still in business as I saw one of their job trailers on the road today. It blows my mind that in today's world you can get away with conducting business like this. These people need to be stopped. You can't treat customers like this and expect to stay in business.absolutely the worst company/contractor I have ever delt with.

I hired Wilson & Smith to put new windows in my house and to replace the siding. Due to the rainy summer we had, they were about a month behind in starting and the job took longer than expected. I didn't consider that to be their fault. I am extremely pleased with the work they did at a fair price. In fact, I am hiring them again this winter to complete some inside projects.

Never done business with Wilson & Smith Carpentry but if they are the people Who painted the building and put a new garage do on there garage then they are doing a fine job. My parents Bernard & Iva Doherty use to own the store when it was Doherty's Sunray Liquors. From 1977 to 1983. The building is Beautiful. Thanks guys. Robert Doherty

If I could give them a 0 I would. If you tell someone you will be ready to work on their house come this month, they should be the only house you work on till it is finished. We are still waiting for my parents (Spehle) place to be finished. They are horrible at communicating
