Travis & Bill of KGM Contracting helped us out when we were in a pinch: having ordered new carpeting for a glassed-in porch, we discovered that the underlayment was in very poor condition and needed to be replaced quickly. The crawlspace had no vapor barrier and no ventilation and there were mold issues. KGM was willing to look at the project, give us an estimate, squeeze us into their full schedule, and get the work done when no one else would even return our calls. They also replaced the subfloor, which, upon removing the underlayment, was also found to be undersized and in poor condition. KGM was willing to work with my specifications for replacement products (I'm an architect), treated the floor framing system for mold, installed a vapor barrier, and replaced the subfloor & underlayment. We felt their invoice was very reasonable for the work done in the time frame done, and can recommend them to others.

It was a true pleasure working with KGM! Very respectful of timelines and security sensitive work areas. When we needed work done overnight to avoid disrupting our restaurants business, they work all night long. They did 90% of the work in our new sports betting area here in Turtle Lake. They have handled every job I have given them from small to Commerical!
