My roof was damaged by hail, but my insurance didn't want to cover it. After 2 separate lengthy meeting with the adjusters, Troy was able to get our insurance to cover the roof. I really appreciated that they patched a leaking vent for me right away. While work started several weeks after originally scheduled, the end result was good and communication was great. I would use them again.Update: I had some buckling on the drip edges, and they came out and fixed it. I will say, I did have to keep gently pinging them on the issue—but they made it right in the end for me. That suites me just fine.

Fast reliable service, I had to go thru my insurance due to storm damage and they pretty much took care of everything. I did not have to do anything except be here to meet with Troy and make the appointment for the roof to be replaced. The crew did a great job and my roof looks amazing. If I could give them a negative number rating, I would. They don’t even deserve a one (1). We have been trying to get Roof Pro to replace our roof for months. EVERY time we call, they tell us they are on it (submitting documentation for insurance, etc.), yet they NEVER follow through on their commitments. It’s a joke now - we call once a week to hear the new lies and excuses they offer. DONT USE THEM! (At least not the Appleton branch - 800 Roof Pro LLC)Service: Roof inspection

They started out as all around roofing and siding and screwed everybody over so they change their name to American modern exteriors and screwed a bunch of people over so another new name is 800 roof pros stay away from these freaking losers cuz they're going to take your money and stay away from Troy kugel and Nick they will tell you everything you want to hear and not follow through with anything and they still owe me $3,000

Arranged to get house and garage complete reroof. Sales person did a good job selling what they would do. Didn't start work within 21 days of signing contract as they stated they would. Next they didn't pull a permit and I received a notice from the city of Oshkosh that they didn't pull a permit. I was assured by Nick that a permit was pulled. This was not the case it was pulled the next morning showing a late fee payment. To top it all off they claimed the job was done and they never have completed the garage and have since been telling me Troy was figuring things out but for 1 week now I have called their office multiple times and gotten told they are trying to figure it out.Service: Roof installation

He took off my shingles before my steel roof was even cut yet. My job was to be done by July 4 weekend. They took off shingles June 28. New steel roofing was delivered on July 16. It rained hard July 6th. So house leaked...by August roof still not done. I fired him and hired another company to put up steel. I paid for all steel with the vendor or he would put a lean on our house.... Look him up on Ccap..... They installed a patio door. The screen door never aligned correctly. They assured me that they would return to fix it. I have called them multiple times. They told me multiple times that they would look and see when they could stop by and fix it, but they never called back and never fixed it. Their customer service is horrendous.
