My back and side fence were overgrown horribly. I wanted it cleaned out so I can add trees to make a fence line. A couple of weeks ago i noticed my neighbors were having some lawn work done by Avellas. They did a beautiful job so i went up to one of the employees.He gave me a business card and 30 minutes later the owner Jose came to my door to talk about what I needed! A few days later he gave me a quote with a reasonable price. I got a call today that said they were done with the work.. It went beyond my expectations how clean the area was ! Very professional and I was so impressed . I will refer them to any one needing work.We even got quote for some future work.Services: Weed control, Yard work

Worst Company! They didnt finish the job, they were paid for!!! They gave a quote, did 1/3 of the work, said they would come back to finish, and they wanted to re-charge( FOR THE JOB THEY WERE PAID FOR)!! This is the worst contracting experience! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT HIRE THEM!!!And they lie, they say they completed it NOT TRUE!!

Overall terrible experience. Finished our yard in the middle of a tornado warning and our yard became washed out within an hour of them finishing the yard instillation. Extremely difficult to work with after that point. They told us they would send someone out to look at our yard but waited 5 days before contacting us back. They never started the edging we paid for. My brother-in law has landscaping experience and we redid the entire yard and he wasn’t impressed with the quality of work we received. I’m my opinion they ran out of time and knew the storm was coming so they rushed and did a poor job to finish before it stormed mid project.

Make sure you have more than a verbal agreement when you get your estimate. Have in writing ALL the work they will complete and the agreement of cost. Have it dated and signed. And definitely don’t pay in full until project is done. Lesson learned the hard way!Service: Yard work

These guys are great!! Excellent value (their estimate was the lowest by far, and their service was second to none)! They came to give the estimate when they said they would, they worked me into the schedule sooner than expected, were friendly and professional, and were essentially lawncare rock stars! Avella's did a wonderful job! There was a lot of work to do on the yard and they pruned, removed old shrubs, laid down mulch, etc. Very, very pleased!
