Lied to me about subcontractors doing the work. I told them I wanted the roof done good not fast, a day or two was fine but they were done in 6 hours. Reused some flashing that should have been replaced. Needed to replace skylight After new shingles were on. And the next spring, snow melt was dripping behind new gutter system and gutters were not pitched to drain water.

Reps and service were great. Pleasant experience. They helped step by step with inspection, working with insurance agents, and the entire process on my roof replacement due to hail damage.

We.had a great experience with Brookens throughout our new roof project. What was most impressive was Ashley, we had a couple minor issues/concerns after the project was complete. My emails were answered by her promptly. Late the same night or over the weekend.Concerns were investigated just as fast.
