During the blizzard of April 2018, the snow was too heavy for the roof and it started to sag. Bruce and his team tore off the old roof, added new rafters and more support, blow in insulation and put on a new roof. The house looks great and Bruce and his team did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our sump pump failed when we were out of town and when we returned home we found the basement full of water. It was a Sunday and Bruce was there within an hour after being called. Bruce and his crew did an excellent job and set out industrial fans and placed blocks under all of our storage cabinets, etc. By the next day the basement was dry and everything was in good shape. Highly recommend this company!

We were unfortunate enough to need services twice within a short period of time. The plumbing work we had done, by a different agency, after the first event did not work and the area flooded again. Bruce and Patty run a family business where they are reliable and honest people. They worked very hard to remove sewage, mold and damaged carpeting. My fathers house looks 100% better. Our sump pump failed during a weekend when we were out of town and a friend discovered our basement was full of water. Bruce and his team were there within an hour of being called and set up fans and dehumidifiers to eradicate the water. They also pulled up carpeting at the bottom of the stairs and got that dried and installed new padding under the carpet. Two days later we arrived home and everything was dry. I can’t say enough About the job that’s Bruce Opperman at Freedom Restoration did for me. Not many people have to call a restoration company two times in one year. But I did.. From our the basement at our primary residence flooding to our cottage in Eagle River having ice damning damage, Bruce was wonderful. There was a large flood in our entire area, and our basement flooded. I called several businesses and was put on a waiting list. Bruce called me back and was at my home within hours to assess the situation. He took amazing care of us and our basement was dry again in about 4 days with minimal damage. Bruce was asked by my landlord to access my rental due to mold and the exposure making my children myself and their dad Ill . Granted I had someone come out and do an inspection however my landlord wanted a different one by the person he chose. Upon arrival Bruce told me You were is an expert and restoration fire any damage and structure as well as water. He also told me that you didn’t have to be an expert and there’s no certificate to deal with mold. He walked around the house ask a question took some pictures and it’s been over a week so I called and asked him if he had the report he stated that he did not do the report yet. Because my landlord had relayed to me that Bruce had told him that all he has to do is use the spray around the house and I didn’t know the name of the spray I asked Bruce can he let me know what his recommendations were. Right when we picked up the phone I was referring to as my landlord however he said he doesn’t have is not going to help him and I asked him if he was any of the recommendations and he said just general cleaning which I know from the health department as well as the website but that’s not true!
