After having a flooded basement in my condo unit last week and already having contacts at JG I knew right away who to call. Kristina came by within an hour to start assessing the damage followed by Josh and were able to help find the cause of the flooding for not only my unit but my 7 other neighbors having the same problem as well, not long after they had the entire crew here working throughout all the units. Rylan, Ryan, Videl, Tee, Kristina, Josh, and Jake were all super great to work with. Bringing knowledge, professionalism, a great work ethic, and good conversation all to the table with them to get the job done. I will definitely be calling JG Restoration should I ever had a need for their services again!

While I recognize that there are great reviews about this company...I have had the exact opposite.I called requesting someone please look at a mold issue at one of the apartment units I manage. I sent an email to JG and received an email and call form Leslie.We talked about the issue and my concern.Leslie said she would go to look at it and called back a couple days later.She said that she would send a quote for the repair and a month has passed with no response.I have called her number, the company phone number, I have emailed and emailed and emailed again to Leslie's direct email address. Still nothing.So, while I am very glad some had much better experiences, I feel the need to also let you know what my experience was.Maybe my repair was just small potatoes.

Rylan and Aayden were very professional, thorough and helpful during a very stressful situation for me. They had my basement cleaned and situated, with detailed pictures for my insurance company in a matter of time, even while my house still didn’t have power! My power is back on and my basement is now drying. I am super happy knowing they took care of everything for me. JG Restoration was easy to work with, very responsive, and professional. This company is Wonderful. My father had his sump pump go out and they were there in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up, dried the basement completely , and you would never have known that any water was ever in the room after they finished ! Thank you Josh and Company. When a slight stain in our rug proved to be a water leak that had gone on for years and nearly collapsed the floor in our bedroom, our insurance agent recommended JG Restoration to scope out what needed to be done and arrange to create the necessary engineering drawings, structural repairs, and finishing. I wish I could give them more stars!! I never knew being a new home owner that I would need water damage repair. When that time came I was at a lost down and stressed. Not only the service Aaron and the jg team gave it was the honest, friendly, informative information and comfort they provided that made the process a breeze from start to finish. This was the only business we were able to get a hold of during an emergency at a very late hour when our ceiling collapsed in the bathroom while I was working. They were kind and considerate and there within the hour. They were informative and fixed it until we were able to do a permanent fix. Which they are also able to help with.

Josh and JG Home Improvements have been a reliable resource in every time of need for us. When straight-line winds left trees through our garage they were tarping our garage in a storm. When our rental had water and mold damage, Josh and his crew took on the huge endeavor and supported us every step of the way. My insurance company suggested JG Restoration to repair storm damage to my garage. When I reached out to them initially, the project manager that I met with was professional and he had my storm damage torn out within a few days. However, they removed only 1/2 of the square footage that they had estimated to my insurance company and demanded the full payment as if all of the work had been completed. After that, they passed me back and forth to various project managers and I couldn't get anyone to ever show up to complete any work. I called every couple of weeks for 4 months and then gave up. All I got were excuses about their employees all being in Florida, so I went with another company to at least address the gutters. My garage is still torn apart and I regret trusting this company with my "restoration."

I had a shower that leaked through the wall into another room/closet. It caused significant damage to the floor as well as mold. After one phone call, the JG team was out in two days and it was fixed in a matter of hours. The whole process was quicker and easier than expected. The price was reasonable. JG Home Improvement just completed a basement remodel for us. We are very happy with their work and are loving the new space. Josh and Chad answered our call right away and had Jimmy and his crew ready to start our project in no time at all. Great company, Josh the owner was very easy to work with and great. They told me my roof would be done in 1 day and my roof was done in 1 day. The only negative thing I can say is I was told they we going to start at 6 am and they didn’t show up until 12:30 pm with no phone call or text to say we are running late. But they stayed until that roof was finished. I would recommend this company every time.Service: Roofing

I arrived late one evening at our vacation property to find a wet finished basement. I called JG Home Improvements around 10:30pm. I had a crew at the property ready to go to work by 10:00 the next day. The two person crew worked very hard to remove the water, carpet, and padding. The set up many fans and dehumidifiers in hopes to dry it out enough to not have to remove drywall. Unfortunately, a foot of drywall needed to be removed.Behind the scenes, Josh went to bat for us with the insurance company to get them to put the claim through and get the damage covered.Currently, the restoration phase is taking place and I will update the review when that is complete.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

JG Home Improvements was awesome to work with. My husband and I sold our home a few weeks prior. 6 days before closing on moving out day and on a HOLIDAY weekend, we found water in our basement as our sump pump did not kick on after a radon system was installed. I immediately called JG and two employees showed up at our house within 20 minutes. Given I was not very happy and in shock when they arrived they kept their composure and were very compassionate about the situation. Within 2 hours they had accessed, took pictures, removed the damage from the basement, and carried down ALOT of dryers to start the drying process. I was in shock how fast and hard these employees worked. Josh Vogel (the Project Manager) was open, honest, and provided me with updates as he had them. I had several different employees at coming and going to check on the conditions for a few days. All were very nice and professional. Given this is any home buyer/seller nightmare, I felt confident JG was the company to get the job done and done right. JG provided a detailed timeline to the new buyers and got the job done on time. I knew I was in good hands with JG and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a problem with an overflowing toilet that flooded our second story bathroom and did quite a bit of damage to our first floor as well.Josh and the folks at JG did a great job of helping us assess the damage, set up the initial drying, and then worked with our insurance to see what was covered and what we could do within the insurance companies assessment.They then did a wonderful job of replacing and remodeling our bathroom so it is even better than when the flooding started. Their folks were very friendly and they were very accommodating to work within our schedule.I'd recommend JG Home Improvements without hesitation to anyone who needs a remodel or a home recovery.
