We had both our roof and gutters replaced. The crew did an excellent job from removing the old roof and installing the new one. They replaced any questionable decking and installed a new exhaust vent which vents from the stove. Before they left the entire crew went and looked for any nails and bits of shingles around the outside perimeter. They also Checked the driveway for any nails or screws that could be picked up by car tires. When the dumpster was picked up the driveway was checked again for nails and or screws. I highly recommend Nickols Roofing.

Steve did a wonderful job meeting with me and explaining the options. The did a full roof replacement and gutters (with gutter guards) for me on one property and a repair on another. I feel the pricing was a good deal and that the quality of materials and workmanship is great. We had our roof replaced in June of 2023 by Nickols Roofing. We made an appointment with Steve Nickols and he walked us through the process. We told him to start that we were looking for hail damage and would likely not replace the roof unless our insurance covered some of the cost. He did a video inspection of the roof which we reviewed as he walked us through the condition of the roof. There was not enough evidence of hail damage to put in a claim, but he still walked us through the roofing options and costs.We decided to move forward and he helped us with financing right there during the appointment. They replaced the roof and gutters and did an excellent job. They were clean, courteous, on time and on budget. Steve was very professional from the start and answered all questions that were asked. Explained in detail about the shingles they used and why. Would call or text with updated information about time frame and scheduling. We had a mishap with the rain and Steve came out right away to inspect what happened and we came to an agreement that I was happy with. After the installation Steve came out for a final inspection to check the work of the crews and corrected some mistakes that were made the same day. Originally contacted Andy for roof inspection and repair of missing cap shingles. Upon inspection Andy said the roof was in ok shape and could possibly get another 5 years out of it. No pressure what so ever to replace sooner. Andy repaired damaged area where a copula had been in place and replace the missing cap shingles. When it come time to replace my roof Nickols roofing will be my only call.
