Great company. I met Troy from a recommendation from a neighbor of mine that was having his roof looked at. We had a decent storm come through but after a visual inspection I determined there was no damage. I was chatting with Karl, my neighbor about how much damage he had and that the insurance company had already sent a check. I decided to give Pachner a call after finding out they gave free inspections. Turns out I did not know what I was looking at. The insurance company paid to replace my roof, windows, gutters, and a few other items from the recent storm. I am currently working with them to pick out a new roof product and have already ordered new Pella windows! They move fast, which is good because I travel a lot for work. Outside of all the above and the knowledge from Pachner, Troy is a great guy. Works hard all summer then finds time to coach high school basketball in the winter. I had my Roof done last fall and I had some issues they sent a team over didn't even correct the issues it looks awful the group that did my gutters buckled the facia and now the shingles are all wavy and Had a leak in my bathroom they sent someone over to fix it didn't even touch it . There are bubbles in the shingles and over all Very poor quality and have tried reaching out for some odd months now and won't even answer my calls looks like small claims court to me ....Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation

Once the foreman left there was no one that spoke clear English have found many nails and gutter clippings on the ground. I also called to ask about a pallet of 3 bundles of shingles left in the yard for 4 months. The girl that answered the phone said to keep them. I just left them in the yard. After a snow storm they came to get them. The took the shingles and left the pallet in the yard. They did a nice job on the house. The garage had the facia torn off by the installer.
