James and Pro Valley did an excellent job for us. From the moment we called James he was very professional and offered to assess our roof for storm damage. He came the same day I called and assessed the roof.After the assessment I contacted our insurance carrier and James offered to meet the adjuster and go over his findings. That meeting occurred and it was determined that our roof/gutters needed replacement.This all occurred in late November. James was in frequent communication with us as we picked out shingle color etc.His crew came this past week as soon as the weather allowed.His crew was on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done.James came at the start of the job and frequently during the process. He followed up via phone several times to inquire if I had any questions and always answered to my satisfaction.He used only the highest grade materials and explained the process completely.I was most impressed with the work ethic of his crew and the constant clean up they did.James came the day after the job was completed and inspected the job to ensure both he and we were very satisfied.I would recommend James and Pro Valley to anyone as his communication and follow through and the job they did could not have been better.We are very happy we selected Pro Valley Roofing!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof damage repair

We had new siding on the front of our house installed shaker style and the color matched perfectly to the painted other sides of our house which was painted more than 5 years ago. They used only the best quality materials. The work was very professional. James checked the work daily and explained and answered any questions I had. I would definitely have him work for us again.

Not only does James go above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers but makes sure the customers are informed 100% and clear on the work that's being done and if the customers have other projects going on James will also educate each and every person involved with the project on which should happen first and so on, his knowledge and passion for the right way to do it so it doesn't have to be done again is great!
