They did a great job. very hard workers even worked late to make sure roof was covered because we were expecting rain. Love that they kept me informed on progress since I was at work and including pictures so I could see the progress. Let me know when they were coming and leaving. did a great job of cleaning up after and even putting items back that they had to move to do the job. I would highly recommend them. the company sent a crew out to replace siding on our house. They were very efficient, hard working, smiling and very polite. We were amazed at how long they worked to finish the job. It was all done in one day. We are very pleased with the crew and the work they did. they even went above and beyond in cleanup. So very pleased. Thank you Ridge Top for a job very well done!

Ridge Top did a nice job on the install. They were courteous, fast and communicated well. My only concern was finding a considerable amount of debris (nails, plastic backing, metal shavings from the gutters) around the perimeter of the house, but when I texted John he sent someone to do another sweep the next morning, and it's much better. On the initial sales call with Tony, I appreciated the low-pressure approach. He was responsive to my email questions and patient in working with me to get a solution I could afford. Would recommend this company.

Ridge top exteriors was great to work with john got us set up because I only wanted it done if weather was going to be nice. He made it happen ahead of schedule , the guys came they were very punctual and very knowledgeable. They came and got my roof and 6 skylights done in one long day . Justin Larson was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and gave us all the info to make a decision. Not pushy either! They were very quick too with getting us scheduled! They came while we were away on vacation but kept me in the loop the whole time. John Lampe texted me photos so I could see the progress too. Took less than 2 days. It was so nice to come home from a vacation and have this all done! I would highly recommend Ridge Top!

We elected to use this company after hearing good things from our neighbor. The initial meeting went well and the roof was scheduled to be replaced late in 2021. We found over 20 nails in one small area after installation along with a few dozen nails around the yard. The company did come out to do another sweep of the yard after a call. After a heavy rainstorm in late November, the initial picture with the many shingles off was taken. The company again came out to look at it, and after not showing up for the repair, they did show up to fix the roof. The first rain storm of the spring led to the next picture with the shingle detached. I have called the office and someone is going to be in contact with me about another repair. We have lived in this home for over 12 years and not a single shingle had ever blown off our roof. In the span of 6 months with our new roof, we have had tons of issues. Extremely disappointed. Crew who worked on wrapping our soffits, fascia and windows were terrific. They got the work done in 4 days and the final product is quite an improvement. A different crew installed new gutters. They arrived a day early and finished installation in about 3 hours. The final result is absolutely amazing and was completed in two weeks! I couldn't be happier with Ridgetop Exteriors. They made the whole process easy and quick. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was very impressed with the entire Ridge Top Exteriors team. Wyatt arrived to look at and give me an estimate on a leaking roof within 24 hours of my request. He was very polite and respectful when answering ALL of my questions, there were many. After I approved the estimate, the team was onsite to repair the issue in 3 days. The team took pictures during the process and took time to explain. They were done in around 2 hours, the only evidence that they were there was the repaired roof! Extremely HAPPY

These guys gave me a better price than a couple competitors and it was just a 5% price cut, it was substantial. I made a mistake and was unhappy with my old gutter guards getting tossed when it was in the paperwork and These guys made sure my gutters were back to job they were. Not sure if they pay others for reviews but this company installed 4 windows for me. I was told that they would match the other windows and not wrap the framing, also so they had to frame new wood around the windows. They did not do this, and when I explained this the project lead he just said "Oh". Also one window frame in the basement was rotted on the outside, and instead of reframing the window in, they just screwed a new window to a rotted frame without repair. The installers showed up in unmarked trucks from out of state, most likely because they were subcontractors or the B team they send to install the lower cash generating jobs. When asked about not wrapping the rotted sill or doing this on the basement window I was told "I don't usually install windows" by the project lead. The front window appears like it is jammed in and visibly crooked, and the right window is tough to close, telling me that they forced this in and did not take the time or effort to do it right. I have already told other people not to utilize this company. Thumbs down to this place, it appears they don't care at all about their customers.Service: Window installation

Overall experience was very good. Biggest highlight was sales person and project manager were both very responsive to questions and concerns. We were updated often leading up to and during our project. The installers were also happy to answer questions and strived to complete the project to expectation or beyond.

Wyatt was knowledgeable and professional in his assessment of my roof. He took several pictures to depict the issues with my roof for me to support my claim with CertainTeed shingles. He explained in detail the problems I was encountering with the present roof and what was needed to to correct the issues. He also supplied me with a printed proposal of cost to complete the job. He was thorough and pleasant and I would recommend him to anyone needing an honest evaluation of their roofing needs.

Ridgetop Exteriors replaced our siding and wrapped our eves. Jesse, our contractor, and his crew were excellent. They were able to wrap a curved eve with metal and have it turn out great. The workers showed up on time, cleaned up the site each evening and worked each day on our project until it was completed. I have seen other companies abandon a project for days or weeks to work at other locations, hearing Ridgetop always finishes their projects before moving on to the next was one of the big selling points for us. Jason was our expeditor and he did an excellent job communicating each step of the work that was being done and making sure everything was turning out to our satisfaction. I would recommend for anyone needing any exterior work done on your home to consider Ridgetop Exteriors for your project.

Ridge Top Exteriors did an excellent job from start to finish! Wyatt Genisot kept in constant contact to advise of product details, explained the installation process thoroughly and completely, and brought a sample of the gutter cover to my home to demonstrate installation. I was concerned that the gutter cover would be unsightly and I could not have been more wrong - the method of installation all but hides the appearance of the gutter cover. The work crew was efficient, highly professional, and very friendly. Highly recommend!
