Steve was extremely unprofessional when speaking with him on the phone. He was harassing me and DEMANDED for me to remove a negative review that was certainly deserved after a negative experience my friend had. He even proceeded to call my place of employment 5 TIMES within an hour. He was raising his voice and threatening me. I don’t know how this is legal. Highly do NOT recommend this business or their harassment.EDIT: after posting this review Steve, and his wife Nancy continue to hound me with phone calls demanding I take my “ridiculous” review down. They continue to harass and call, and accused my friend of making up a fake review. Which is NOT true. I tried calling the number they provided as a response to this review and I got met with a phone operator who did nothing. This will be escalated to the BBB.

Warner has been great to work with on my residential roof. Naomi has been very good with communication. With the crazy winds we've had lately, I've had to contact them to do some touch up. They have come back several times to make sure the roof is up to par! I reached out for an inspection, informed them that this would not be under an insurance claim; I also provided items that needed to be addressed. I received a report back with areas of concern that were minor/old storm damage and notice that my roof wouldn't qualify for an insurance claim.
