Everything that could go wrong did. While back had some lumber and such brought to my site. They got many details of the order wrong. Then when they delivered, they forgot to bring a bunch of stuff. The truck did damage. Which they made no offer to fix or pay for. Multiple things were the wrong items. A deal of the boards were so bad they were unusable. A few things were wrecked by the way they wrapped/delivered them. Etc. Took way to much work on my part to finally get most of the stuff I needed. And way to much time and bad communication on their part. Some of the problems were never resolved. They said they were sorry numerous times. But didn't put in the effort to make sure things were done well in the first place. And didn't care enough to make sure all their mistakes were remedied to the customers satisfaction. Was a typical - nice and good until they get your money. Then it all goes majorly downhill from there. To bad. I don't recommend them. And definitely wont be doing any business there again.
