Larson’s Home Services did an outstanding job. The sales representative clearly explained all options for insulating our attic above a two-car garage. The job was easily scheduled within the desired time frame. In fact, it was completed early thanks to Eric and Tyler going the extra mile. They were on time, very courteous, and left our home cleaner than they found it, even vacuuming the stairs.I especially appreciated Larson’s as many others turned our job down because it was too small or an existing structure.

We reached out to Larson for their no fee, no obligation quote on some gutter repair. The process took a lot longer than anticipated and the person who showed up wanted us to call references on the spot. If we did, he said he'd give us a discount. I'm busy taking time out of my work day. I don't have time to be dialing up strangers on the spot. That's just an oily tactic. Next I had to sit through this power point presentation and video where he gives a schmaltzy spiel about the family business and so forth. I just want a problem fixed. It's just gutters. I don't need the heart strings spin and heavy pitch that worse than a time share pitch. Bottom line up front. Period. Then all totaled, the price for a gutter job was eye-popping! The sales rep was pressing to move forward with project, but we needed a copy of the written quote to send to insurance. He quickly soured, packed up, and headed for the door. He was right there on his tablet, already had my email address, but couldn't seem to email me the quote. The sales person said he would send it that night or next day but never did. I contacted customer support 5 times but got dodgy answers each time and zero follow-up and still NEVER got the quote. As they say, the way it begins is the way it ends. I wouldn't trust Larson with any job given the heavy sales pitch and lack of follow-through. I imagine if there was a workmanship problem, getting them to address it would be impossible. I feel we dodged a bigger problem. We'll be going with another roofing company that is up front and direct.

Adam and Justin did a nice job of getting our project scheduled, in a timely manner. The installation crew of Jordan and Sean, did an excellent job of putting gutters and gutter toppers on our vacation cabin. The job was very professional and the work quality looks to be second to none. They also sent a representative out to review the job, to ensure that everything was to their high standards. Top Shelf performance by the whole team and we would highly recommend for your next home project.

The crew did outstanding work. We only rated 4stars due to two relatively minor issues:1. the crew needed to remove our gutter guards to to the best job on the re-roof job and they were not in good enough condition to warrant my reinstalling them and that was not a part of the contract. It would have been better to have been advised of that at the time the job was estimated.2. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up after competition, but a little less than I hoped for. There are quite a few nails and screws around, mostly in the gutters, and there’s a lot of asphalt shingle particles all of the basement and first floor window thresholds.Addendum months after the roof was completed: during a high wind event from an unusual direction a piece of aluminum facia came loose and was banging against the house. Upon close inspection I discovered that because the drip edge that was used in the roof replacement was not the same size as the prior install, there was a gap between the drip edge and the aluminum covering on the facia which also exposed a gap between the facia board and roof edge on one of our dormers. I notified Larson and they promptly sent a crew out to remedy that (in February!).Given that level of follow up and ensuring total customer satisfaction, I upgraded their rating to five stars!Service: Roof installation

Jazmin & Erik called us when they were on the way, told us when they would arrive. They were very friendly and courteous, knowledgeable. They worked good together, were precise. They also told me what and how they would do each step. I was pleased with their. work. I am not able to go up a ladder so they showed me pictures of what they did. They got the job done in the expected time & did a great job cleaning up. Very pleased, very impressed.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism and effectiveness of this organization! We submitted an insurance claim due to hail damage and Charles Gregory walked us through the whole process and collaborated with our insurance company to ensure every last detail was taken care of. The roofing crew showed up and had the roof Torn off and re-roofed in less than five hours. Their 16-man crew was unstoppable! My sales contact Charles kept me informed from the start of the project through its completion, with many pre and post project contacts. Erik and Jazmin did an excellent job with my initial insulation installation: on-time, great clean-up daily, and kept me appraised of work progress. James and Nate finished the job with the same attention to detail. The Larson office support staff including Tiffany and Jessica were pleasant and helpful on every contact and, even after the project was completed, Adam smoothed out the final details of the project with computer support.

Very happy with Larson. My gutters look great and appear considerably more sturdy than the gutters they replaced. Jordan and Sean were great to work with. They were even willing to move a downspout a few inches from what would be standard to make more room on the passenger side of where I park my car.

We recently had hail damage, contacted Larson to see if our gutters were compromised. Justin came over, assessed the damage, determined that there was considerable damage and needed to be replaced. He did most of the communication with our insurance company. Replacement was done by Tyler and Daiten who were extremely efficient and personable. They answered any and all our questions, never seeming bothered. When they left the yard looked just like it did when they arrived. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Needed to have a gutter replaced. Had Larson come out to look at what needed to be done and got a quote from them. Signed the contract and had a new gutter installed in about 3 weeks. They did a great job getting everything done and ready before winter sets in. Everybody at Larson was very polite and professional. They did a great job responding to questions and had everything ready in a timely manner. Tyler and Daiten did an excellent job with the installation. Sean & Jordan arrived in a timely fashion, checked in with us, and quickly got to work. They set up scaffolding to complete the gutters on the back side of the house and were respectful of the space. The old gutters and driveway were cleaned up before heading out. Everything was completed quickly, efficiently, and without any issues.

Larson Home Services air sealed our home, spray foamed and they replaced the blown fiberglass with cellulose in both attics. There was no attic access on the upper floor but these guys found a way in, which was truly amazing. Our upstairs was a lot colder before this project was done. Tyler squeezed his way into the upper floor and sealed all the air leaks and blew cellulose in. He also spray foamed the exterior walls on the 2nd floor which had access from the lower level attic. After they finished, the upstairs is now the same temp as the lower floor. Our furnace runtime has been cut in half. I kept track of furnace runtimes and outside temps before and after. Before and after wall temps upstairs had a 4 degree increase in warmth on average. Ceiling averaged 5 degrees warmer. Cellulose made a huge improvement over fiberglass. No more drafts at all on either floors. The team of Tyler, Daiten, Cam and James went out of their way to make sure the house was done properly. They did an outstanding job! 5 star experience from start to finish. Had roof replaced because of hail damage. Company worked with insurance company to come to a quick resolution and had roof replaced quickly. Hopefully I don't need their service again for a long time but If I need a new roof again, they will be my first call!

Larson Home Services was at my house today to add insulation in the attic and do some sealing in the finished basement where all the utilities come in. As they worked in the basement they found mold and mildew that had not been expected. They could have just not said anything and proceeded as planned, but they did not. They knew they then needed a different product that they had not brought with them and they drove all the way back to their shop to pick up what they needed to do the job correctly. This is the kind of company I want to work with in an era where so many shortcuts are taken. Thank you Larson Hone Services for doing the job well!

Each wave of Larson Home Services experience completely satisfactory. Chris, sales rep had a very tidy presentation, replete with product samples.Carl, roofing crew leader directed highly skilled, efficient team, that got rolling early in the day, finished their part by noon. Final crew, Tyler and Daiten, equally skilled, efficient finished gutters by noon the following day. Every step of the way, care taken for landscaping, overall tidiness of jobsite. I made it a point to complement each group, in turn. They accepted graciously, quick to point out that the other team members were key to project. Office staff, as well as actual roofing crew, equally skilled and efficient.All happy to be part of very successful, efficient operation. This here is a serious outfit, happy to recommend, enthusiastically.
