I recently had the opportunity to interview with ABC Supply for the Leasing Coordinator position with Jessica Hansrote. I want to provide feedback on the virtual interview process.I was referred to this role by Connect Search LLC and had a successful initial interview. However, I encountered some challenges during the second interview scheduled with Karen Ryan, Jessica's manager.Due to Karen's meeting running late, we were forced to reschedule the interview to Friday, August 25th, 2023 at 8:00 AM PST. Despite agreeing on a suitable time, I unfortunately waited for 15 minutes without receiving any communication for the rescheduled interview.Upon emailing them to confirm the link, Jessica had an auto-reply email and Karen replied stating that she missed the meeting and we would have to reschedule for next week. Ironically, this was the same week that Jessica confirmed she would be out of office from the 6th and would not return until the 18th of September.I would like to address my concerns over this interview process. I believe professionalism is essential in all hiring practices, and the lack of communication and respect for my time during this process did not meet my expectations.I hope this experience will be reviewed and addressed to ensure top-quality service in future interviews.

To Diane, Mike, and Keith, I work for your tampa l&w location and am very upset with the way your company handles our families, tho I'm not legally married I've been with her for nearly 28 years and to find out that you don't respect me enough for common law marriage and the fact that I have a legal document claiming she's my domestic partner. And you still canceled her from my insurance? I'm very disappointed in this place, and I've never had an issue until now. You guys shouldn't say you're all about the people when you can't respect our family enough to ensure them

Everyone that gives 1 star review, please get to know this company. They are very pro employee, pro customer, pro community. An All Star company overall. All one has to do is to see what this company has done to Beloit. They are way bigger then that. It all started with one couple's dream, and it became this. True American dream. Employee retention is excellent, and that speaks volumes.

Sure wish I could of made this post without giving any stars. Very sad when they can’t even get screens for windows or get broken replacement windows in 6-7 months. I will make sure that I never use anyone that gets their supply’s from ABC. I am sure this post will get deleted from corporate. This store is the Nederland Texas store. Don’t know anything about other locations.
