You guys!!! If you own your home and haven’t had your roof inspected by Forward Roofing yet for storm damage…. I HIGHLY suggest you reach out to them. Originally I contacted them to take a look at my turtle vents for a completely separate issue. There was no visible damage to my roof from the street. They were able to see issues that I had no idea were there. Which ultimately lead to me getting approved for a full roof replacement. I didn’t have to lift a finger, Josh, Berto, and Jessica handled everything. I did not expect a free inspection to result in a complete roof replacement & I am just so grateful to have worked with a contractor I can actually depend on. I had numerous people out to fix issues with my roof and either got blown off or the issues came back a few months later. They were quick, reliable, and even helped me with a few small projects while they were here out of the kindness of their heart. Hit them up ASAP! Seriously. 🤩🤩🤩

I recently hired a roofing contractor to reroof my home, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the service that they provided. Not reliable. Poor communication. Do not follow through. Make false promises.It took several months for my project to get halfway done.Be careful they come off as caring and can easily protray a loyal company. Extremely sad because there a new company and I was really trusting in them to follow through.Be careful.

I really appreciate all the help, and nonstop communication. Also working with my insurance company, when they were being less than helpful. Josh was willing to do this before I signed anything with them, and made sure I was comfortable before having me sign the paperwork. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Forward Roofing. Our home was damaged by a bad hail storm and the insurance adjuster did not want to give us a full roof replacement after the first inspection. Ruberto and team worked extremely hard and made it effortless for us to combat the first adjustment and get approved for a full roof replacement. Ruberto wouldn’t rest until the job was done. I cannot give enough praise to Forward Roofing. From start to finish the process was transparent, convenient and top notch. I usually don't leave reviews but I had to with this company! I'm very happy with the Forward Roofing team... Josh was very helpful and informative. After just purchasing my first home, I was very nervous about the cost for replacing the old roof. He assured me they could put a quality roof on for me within my budget and they did just that! Can't forget to mention how clean and professional the production crew was!

Got a leak in my roof from a storm on a Friday night. Started panic calling every local roof company and this company was the only one to respond on a Saturday. Was at my house within an hour of our conversation and had the leak covered quickly. Josh took time to meet with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was covered for the needed repair. I do have to say, my new roof looks very nice. The actual installation also went well. Everything else since I signed that contract has been a different story. There was multiple no call no shows. Lots of improper communication. Did not show up on time almost at all. Even after I talked to them about being on time the next time . I honestly at times wondered if they were still a real business. Just very unprofessional! It really is just a shame we had such confusion over the entire process.
