While on vacation, our home was severely damaged by a burst water line. The water flowed from the upstairs bathroom down through the walls and ceilings to the first floor and basement. Not knowing anyone in the construction/remodeling business, we reached out for some recommendations. Then we called Elite Improvements and asked if someone could stop by and take a look. Jim arrived the same morning, reviewed the damage and said he could help us.Jim and his team of employees and sub-contractors worked on our house over the next nine months to give our entire home a complete remodel. He had to deal with construction supply issues due to COVID and constantly changing pricing due to quickly rising inflation at the time. He worked with the city inspector to ensure everything was brought up to code. He also handled almost all of the logistics with our insurance company and made sure we got everything we were entitled to with our insurance.Jim and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and we are VERY happy with the results. We highly recommend Elite Improvements!

Elite Improvements just completed our back porch to make it a 3 seasons room. The end result was exactly as we had pictured in our minds but even better. Jim and Kourtni worked with us every step of the way keeping us abreast on contractors and supplies.The sub contractors were outstanding. Each a true professional in their own field and worked on the improvements as if it were their own home. They were courteous and cleaned up each time they had finished for the day. I took it as respect that they were ON TIME each time they showed up. At the end of the day they would let us know what the plans were for the following days.Jim stopped by to check on the progress and would also provide updates and make sure we were pleased with the progress. Kourtni would email us on supplies or other things happening with the project. We left out of town for a few days and they kept us up to date using email and an app so we could see the progress while we were on the road.All the people with Elite Improvements are extremely friendly, hard working and take pride in their work.We enthusiastically recommend Elite Improvements for anyone who wants to have work done to their home. They are very personable and they WILL do the very best for you.

I hired Elite Improvements for a replacement roof and some repairs on my house. Jim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He recommend a higher quality shingle that was huge in terms of improvement. He was able to explain to me the benefits for a high quality product. The crews worked very efficiently, used high quality materials, and we're very professional. They were flexible and able to make changes easily to my work order. I was in need of attic ventilation, in a hurry. Our house was for sale and it had to get fixed correctly and within a strict time frame. I called several local roofers and none of them would even come look at my roof because it was a time crunch. Also, you don't make much money putting in a few vents.I called Elite in the morning and they were pleasant and agreed to stop by the following afternoon for an estimate.They were there on time for the estimate and gave good advice on what needed to get done. The price was very reasonable and when I expressed our concern to have it done quickly they agreed to have someone come over that night and install the vents after their regular hours.Fast and reasonable.

Jim and his team were a pleasure to work with. I hired him for a complete gut of a bed/bathroom and the results were amazing. There were some unexpected hiccups along the way, but we made it through! Although I only had the chance to meet the subcontractors a few times due to a conflicting work schedule, my girlfriend didn't have any complaints. Jim himself is a delight, communication was always open and I hope to work with him on many future projects.

I had my gutters done by this company along with some other work on the outside of the house. All of that went pretty well. Was looking into getting a kitchen remodel. Met with the owner who seemed helpful and pleasant. Spent an hour at my home going over my options and said he would get back to me with a quote. Never received a word back from him regarding my kitchen. I guess he wan't interested.

Had a meeting setup for someone to come look at my windows for replacement at 5:30 in the evening. Brittany even called to confirm appt day before, I spoke with her and said that I was looking forward to consult. 5:30 came and went, with no contact to inform me of someone running late or wanting to reschedule. Its now more than 24 hours later with no word from them. Pretty dissapointing, if they can't handle showing up for a meeting why would I spends thousands and trust them to be professionals?
