My husband and I were delighted with O'Neill Construction Group from the first phone call. After getting a few estimates we went with Brian O'Neill. The fast response time and knowledgeable, courteous nature of every conversation was so impressive that it was an easy choice. Now - about the roof and installation... Within weeks of the first phone call we had a new roof on both the house and back shed! Brian's crew came in the morning and by afternoon the roof was complete! Brian even came later that day to inspect the job. He walked around the house to ensure all was cleaned up and even went on the roof to inspect the installation. Before leaving he asked if there were any questions or concerns that he could address to ensure our complete happiness. I will recommend O'Neill Construction Group to anyone looking for a new roof!!! VERY IMPRESSED!!!

After three years of dealing with an “Innovative” company based in Crystal Lake, IL, who refused to stand behind their work, it was Brian O’Neill to the rescue! We contacted Brian, explained our problem, and he scheduled a site visit immediately. Brian and his crew identified the faults, provided a fair estimate for the repairs, and we were on the schedule within a week. O'Neill reroofed, resided, and replaced soffits and gutters on a house we are renovating. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with the work. Brian is so responsive and communicates really well along the process. He also wants to make sure you are happy with the work. There was a trim area that I really didn't like, so Brian immediately had them redo it with different materials. I got multiple quotes for this project and O'Neill was the best value as well. I will be using O'Neill Construction on my next project!

I contracted with the O’Neill Construction Group to replace the roof on my house and attached garage. When I first spoke to the owner, Brian O’Neill, he explained the entire roofing process to me so I could understand it and said if I had any questions, he was just a call away - which was helpful when I called with questions. When the roofing crew came out, they removed all the old roofing and flashing, and then cleaned up the debris from the shrubs and grass around the house. The new roofing, flashing and gutters were installed quickly with a professional skill and workmanship. The Owens Corning roofing installed by O’Neill Construction Group is registered through the manufacturer for the best warranty available on installation. I highly recommend O’Neill Construction Group for their professional workmanship, ease of dealing with the entire roofing process and their very competitive roofing cost.

We were told that he'd stop by on the way home, it was on the way.He went up on the roof, resealed the leaking pipe then checked all the rest.He came down, explained what he did. We had a nice conversation when I asked what the cost was.O'Neill said, " Ah, that's what neighbors do ". He left without charging us anything! They moved quickly and professionally, the quote provided was accurate and timely, and the finished product is just gorgeous. Brian came out a couple years ago to do some patching on my roof. He told me if i had any issues to call him and he would come out again. We were replacing the ceiling in the bedroom and noticed everything was wet. I called Brian and he came out. He found a couple new holes and new cracks. He fixed the new cracks and new holes. He took pictures to show me the damage and what he fixed. Didn't charge me much to do the work. He will check with you to make sure there are no issues. Great guy and does great work. We had an unusually heavy rain which resulted in a small river in our new bakery location. Brian was quick to stop over and see what was going on. He made the necessary repairs and checked on our business after each rainfall.We did have another incident with water coming in 3 weeks later and again Brian was quick to come out an assess the situation. Some repairs were made to the mortor outside the business hoping to resolve the issue.I would highly recommend O'Neill Construction Group to anyone needing good quality, friendly service or replacement. I found out about O’Neill Construction because of a commercial roofing job they were doing in my neighborhood. I wanted to use a local contractor for my job, and they fit the bill. Brian came out right away and inspected the property and sent an estimate that evening. The bid was very competitive and they took the job and completed it quickly and efficiently while we were out of town. They had to replace the roof decking and flashing around the chimney, and other issues I was unaware of.
