Orange roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof on my house. They did a detailed inspection of the existing roof, took photos to show me the wear the roof was showing. Clay and his team came out and did an excellent job replacing the roof and completed it within one day. Cleanup was the best I have ever seen. Had hail damage and contacted several local roofing businesses. Orange Roofing of nearby Eau Claire was the first to reply. Clay and his company have always done any job above and beyond any implied requirements on top of fulfilling the contract completely.They are very professional, very careful of shrubbery and anything else around the house and picked up every spec of materials and waste from the property.This is a locally owned company and the whole team responds very quickly to any concerns or questions one might have. Clay personally sends texts and emails on any day, including Sunday when it's necessary.Even more importantly Clay and his team work with your insurance company so that you don't have to do anything. If there is a denial clay and his people work very hard to change the mind of the insurance companies with photo proof of what they're saying. I know this personally as my daughter was refused a new roof because of hail damage. Clay and his Representatives presented the insurance company with the proof the insurance company wanted and won the case.I continue to recommend this company to anybody that I can including all of my family.

Our chimney started leaking on the second story of our cape cod. It's unsettling having water drip inside your home! We needed quick repair and Orange Roofing came recommended by a friend. I submitted their contact form at night, and by the next morning I had a voicemail from Clay. Someone was able to come to our house that very day and get the job done... even though it required a second trip back with the right equipment because our roof pitch is so steep! The entire team was kind, professional, and thorough. We're now exploring the possibility of a full roof replacement at some point and it will absolutely be with Orange Roofing. I am so happy I selected Orange Roofing to do my roof. I was very impressed with the work ethic demonstrated by that crew. Once they started, they never quit until the job was done. They were very careful of my property, and they cleaned up every last bit. I am very pleased with the end result. The color of the shingles is perfect.My homeowners insurance originally wanted to only partially replace the damaged shingles. Responsive, prompt, and transparent with their bid and work.Their initial estimate anticipated needing special equipment because of the height and access to our roof. Ultimately they didn't need to use the equipment, so the total bill came in at half of the initial estimate. Everyone on the team was helpful and easy to talk to. Orange Roofing is fantastic! They helped me with every step along the way including dealing with my insurance company for me. They were thorough in their inspection and even did some extra work to get things patched up until spring when they could do the replacement roof. We had an excellent experience with Orange Roofing. Clay was thorough and professional with his estimate and the project was done in a timely manner. We had our roof replaced and gutter guards added to our gutters. We have a ton of landscaping and potted plants around the house. The landscaping was covered and the crew moved all of the potted plants and other items, took pictures of all before moving them and put them back exactly where each had been. His crew worked hard and the project was completed quickly and thoroughly. We chose Orange Roofing as they had done our neighbors house and at least 3 other homes in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Orange Roofing.Some shingles blew off of my roof, so I hired Orange Roofing to assess and fix the damages. They noticed that my shingles were recalled and that many shingles were going to fall off soon. As a temporary fix, they covered the area where the shingles blew off while we went through the home insurance process.Based on Orange Roofing's incredibly detailed estimate, our insurance adjuster's recommendation was to remove and replace the shingles. Once our insurance company approved 70% of the cost, Orange Roofing replaced my shingles within a week of that approval. They did an incredible job and were extremely fast. A month after, Orange Roofing negotiated for my insurance company to reimburse me even more money. At the end, I was reimbursed 90% of the total cost. All thanks to Orange Roofing.Orange Roofing went above and beyond what I expected of them, on top of doing a great job at fixing my roof. 5 stars!!! This is NOT a roofing company, this is a roofing service. I received bids from other contractors that handed me a piece of paper with a price on it, never to follow up again... I had roof damage from two storms so Clay at Orange Roofing came and looked at the roof, took tons of pics of the damages and began negotiating one on one with my insurance adjuster. My insurance initially said they'd pay a couple thousand dollars to replace shingles in several damaged areas but Clay keep fighting as an advocate on my behalf and was finally able to convince my insurance that a FULL roof replacement was needed. So, my 20 year old shingles were 100% replaced by insurance, besides my deductible. What a wonderful person (Clay) and wonderful business to work with as well. Clay was able to find more hail damage that needed work compared to a previous contractor and our appraiser. We needed replacements on our roof, downspouts, siding, and the frame on our garage door. He also fixed a small spot on a porch for no charge! Who does that anymore?!?! So when I was ready I called Clay and he scheduled my garage roof to to replaced. He was spot on with his quote and no surprises.
