2 stars because they were very prompt. Otherwise would have been 1. They diagnosed shop furnace and decided it needed a blower fan, total cost of service call was more than furnace value. Would have thought I'd get a call for an "go ahead " in that situation

Very rude man working for him. He refused me service due to me talking about God to one of the workers at last visit and hung up on me when I contacted him recently for a yearly check on furnace.I also smelled gas leaking from furnace and he called me crazy and said I was imaging it and come to find out when he did finally come after a long talk saying that I am really smelling it, he did find a leak of gas in the house and he never apologized for his rude behavior and I was concerned cause I have children in the home and he didn't seem to care about our safety. On the up side he waited on his payment for a year and didn't bother me, but reminded me that I still owed him when he came for repair of 2nd gas leak where he fixed it before. I wouldn't recommend and he will not get my business again.Service: Heating system repair

My husband bought our furnace from Ray's about 7 years ago and was very impressed with the technicians at the time. Last night our furnace stopped working so we called the 24 hour emergency phone number and the guy that answered acted very annoyed and was very rude. He suggested 3 times that we call someone else. I have never been so angry as to write a bad review but last night deserved it. I highly recommend you pick a different place for service.

Ray's sold us an AC unit that we've had to have serviced nearly every single summer. When he came out this time, I finally asked what was going on. He was rude, said he didn't know how to fix it -- keep in mind, he SOLD us the product -- and then proceeded to tell us, "I see you bought your furnace from someone else and didn't call us." When I asked if I should call the company, he let me know that he was the company. He left without fixing the AC and without saying a word. There are other Lennox AC repair/sales companies out there. Stay away from this one!
