Tom was recommended to me by another person I used for all sorts of jobs on my home and rentals that was no longer doing that kind of work. Tom has worked on 3 separate homes I own and has always done a great job. He's responsive and honest with his pricing. I do a lot or repairs myself and have a working knowledge of the types of jobs I am not willing to do myself, which is why I hire Tom. He explains himself very well and I trust the added detail and knowledge he brings to the table to get the job done right. Have had Tom reroof our house twice in 25 years. We trusted him to do quality work. Which he had done in the past. But, we developed a roof leak located at one of the roof vents that he or his crew installed. He was asked to look at that area. He said that he did and that was not the cause of our leak. We found out from another roofing company that the leak was caused by an in properly installed flashing.If Tom would have taken care of this immediately we would not have a 12 inch by 12 inch water stain on our living room ceiling.Our trust in Tom is completely gone.
