María was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of filing an insurance claim and coordinating the replacement of my roof. The Sierra crew arrived promptly on the agreed-upon day and took the time to cover items to prevent damage from debris during the tear-off process. María kept me updated throughout the entire process until the job was completed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the speed and appearance of my new roof.

We had our roof re-shingled by Sierra Exteriors LLC earlier this month and couldn’t have been more satisfied. Maria (one of the owners) oversaw the entire project, from initial inspection right through to being on site for the installation. Maria was a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. She is well-informed about the business, explained all aspects of the process and was very responsive to all our questions/concerns. Sierra replaced my roof on March 28, 2024. They did an excellent job and were quite efficient. They were very conscientious about cleaning up. Maria coordinated and was constantly available. Maria came to my door and asked if I was interested in looking into filing an insurance claim for a new roof, due to a terrible hail storm we had a few months prior. I knew my roof only had a few good years left so this was perfect timing! Maria and her team took pictures and worked with my insurance to get everything filed and approved and processed quickly. For me, it was a breeze...they did it all! We chose the colors and the crew finished my roof, lickety-split. and I must say, it looks AMAZING. They did they exact same for my aunt and she is just as thrilled about her new roof. I was so impressed with the entire experience we both had, I HAD to Sierra Exteriors replace my gutters and gutter/leaf guards. Maria is so sweet and kind and professional. Her crew was delightful. Beautiful work - I feel like I have a new house. Sierra Exteriors is the way to go!!

There was a big hailstorm. It damaged everything. I'd never had extreme weather damage to a house. I didn't know what to do, and everything seemed so expensive, even with insurance. Folks at Sierra helped me navigate the insurance process, and even navigate what to do with other contracting companies while I was considering and getting estimates. They worked quickly, and they worked to our advantage. My whole neighborhood got hit by the hailstorm and I may have had the first new roof on my block. They gave me beautiful options to work with across a budgetary range. Not only did they show up on time and do what they said they were going to do, but when I told them I wanted warning that they would be on our property (I'm from the country and don't like surprises), they made sure to give it, and I was never surprised by guests or loud noises. When the weather was too bad for work in the winter, they gave me scheduling updates to the best of their ability. They care about doing what's right for your house, and they notice the little things. There was once a deck on my house, and we'd taken it off, and there was some of the house showing under where that siding had been once. We'd had to cover it up with expanding foam. It's all covered up and new looking now, no mice or plants or rain to worry about getting in. Right after they redid our gutters, an ice storm came and the ice fell from the roof and bent one of the downspout hinge-kicker things in half. They noticed and unbent it. When they took some of the cable and phone connections off the back of the house to redo the siding, they paid attention to what was current and needed, and put things back in place safely and carefully. Maria deserves a special shout-out for doing such good communications with me, day-in and day-out. She cared about how I felt. She even noticed what kind of person I am - I don't like advertising. Unlike other contractors, she asked permission before putting up a yard sign. I'd said no at the time, but I might reconsider my stance, because Sierra Exteriors is honest, too. When they had extra materials from siding the house and it looked like maybe they could put some of that siding on the garage, they told us about the idea right away, and it saved us money, and fewer materials were wasted, and the project was completed sooner! Our house, roof, and garage look amazing now. I feel like it could be in a painting, or a magazine, or it could go on the market, if we wanted, but it's so beautiful now and we get to live here. I'm wary about working with contractors, but I trust Sierra Exteriors.
