Had our roof done a couple of years ago after a storm went through. The estimate was very fair and once we got the go ahead from insurance, the crew came in and did what they do best. A crew consisting of 9 or 10 workers showed up at about 7:45 AM to replace my (smallish) garage roof. Each of them appeared to be highly experienced. They were courteous, quiet (as possible) and very efficient. Then they were gone (before 10 AM). Nothing was left behind. All in all, a professional job, well done at a very fair price, considering two other estimates were each twice as much.

Last year we had an addition put on our housd. The roof leaked immediately due to a bad contractor. We were hoping Bertrang could fix the problem. After waiting two weeks for a promised phone call the owner finally came out. He was very arrogant and unprofessional. He looked at the roof where it wasn't leaking for about 30 seconds and told me we were a waste of his time. He then berated me for hiring someone else last year. He then the took off. I understand it's not an ideal job but at least be professional about bidding.

Great job by the crew that came to roof my house. All were polite and very efficent. Minor issue that needed resolving. I phoned the owner, Scott, he was rude and anything but helpful. I then called the salesman Mike, he was extremely helpful getting our issue resolved quickly. I would recommend Bertrang Roofing based on Mike. He’s knowledgable and personable. Don’t deal with the owner, he’s not.

My dad had serious storm damage to his roof and has been waiting for a call since May 14th when he talked to someone and they promised him a call back-multiple times. They promised to show up by the end of the week and never did. This is unacceptable and unbecoming of a small business trying to thrive in a small community. Will NEVER recommend.

My four year old roof leaked and ruined my porch ceiling. and Bertramgs did nothing about it--they wouldn't even reply to my phone calls. Think twice before you get Bertrangs!
