I called PHD Roof Doctors over the weekend for a quote on a repair to a portion of the rubber roof. I received a call from Frank. He said he was going going to be in the area tomorrow and would be able to check out the roof between 9-10 am. Frank was on time. Frank was extremely professional and friendly. Frank inspected the damage to my roof. He informed me that this was going to be a quick and easy repair. Frank repaired the roof in a few minutes. When I asked what the cost for the repair was Frank told me not to worry about it! While Frank was on the roof, he even cleaned a pile of sticks/leaves that were collected. This was something Frank did not have to do. I will be using Frank, and recommending PHD Roof Doctors to anyone that needs roof work. Frank Scarpaci came to my house, was very friendly and professional in his demeanor. After inspecting my roof he felt it was a chimney problem that needed repairing and not a roofing problem. Since PhD Roof Doctors only work on roofs, I did not use their business. It was very encouraging that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, just showed me what did need to be done. This is an outfit I would highly recommend.

Frank was checking a neighbor's roof next door. I didn't have an appointment but wanted to know if he could give us his honest opinion of the condition of our roof too after a hail storm. Frank never hesitated to come over to help us. He was very professional. He gave us the true condition of our house roof and took the time to explain things. I called PHD to get a quote on roof. I mentioned I had shingles blowing off. Frank came out, and nailed a few shingle back on while he was doing the quote FREE of charge. He also mentioned I had 2-3 years of life left on roof. His honesty alone sold me. His quote was within a $100 of big competitor, but his honesty alone is what made me go with him. Wonderful experience with Frank on our home's roof concerns. I called their office to request someone come to evaluate our roof. I was contacted later the same day by their residential roof expert, Frank. Frank came the next day. We discussed my concerns and Frank got his ladder and started his investigation. He found a couple of potential problems that he fixed on the spot and told me of a couple others to keep an eye on. If these turn into problems I will call PHD Roof Doctors first thing. I couldn't be more impressed with the prompt and professional service I received from them and will be recommending them to anyone in the area that needs help for their roof.
