Waited to pay cash for almost 10 min no cashier, found an employee with ear buds in, couldn't hear anyone looking for assistance.... told me to use self checkout, can't use self checkout with cash, then told me I'd have to wait a few more minutes for their help. How terribly sad is that customer service?!

8:13am and the store is closed.. I hope the opening staff member is okay. Lights are on and I see a vehicle in the lot. Other than that, it's been just great to wait in the parking lot. Gee, I wish K-Mart was still in business!

Good for a quick run for supplies. However, I've found I need to be careful about which food products I buy. Many thin packaging items smell and sometimes taste like highly scented laundry detergent (I won't buy powdered sugar there again!)

Never fully stocked and cannot maneuver a cart through the aisles due to an endless chain of stock piled high in carts. I'd save the hassle and drive a few extra miles to Holmen - you're more than likely not going to find what you need here as it's all still in boxesAnd another thing, they cloae randomly ALL the time! Pull in and take my kids out of the car only to find a tiny sign that says they're temporarily closed. Waste of time and money driving here. Absolutely insane

You know I bought an antenna here the guaranteed tons of channels and then I bought a torch lighter a big one they didn't work Brown back immediately couldn't find the receipt they refuse to exchange them can we start credit or anyting they're lazy annoying they don't stock right and no one's ever ever ever at the counter when you need them it disgusts me

One of the managers there is not a kind woman in the slightest (that is understating it to be polite). I would have had to call upper management on her if she wouldn't have removed her name tag before scolding me and hiding from me in her locked office for a simple mistake I made as a vendor. I just hope the rest of the employees don't have the temper of a 3 year old going through nicotine withdrawals.

Friendly and helpful service. The reason it only got 3 stars is because their website and their stock don't always match and you have to watch prices from the shelf to the register. I have been overcharged too many times.

It was as expected with Dollar General. The Man that was running the store was courteous and friendly. The store was clean as was the bathroom. Overall very happy with mine and my family's stop there.

Good for quick shopping if you've forgotten something. Some staff seems untrained. I try not to go there too much.

Very bad ,no consideration for the customer in a hurry, just was there in Gailsville Wis today ,five employees wondering the store aimlessly while I'm at cash register waiting on for five minutes , even after I hollered in store for help.very pathetic if you ask me!!!!!!

The Galesville Wisconsin store#14069 is a complete DISASTER!! What a mess! Carts of merchandise blocking isles all over the store! Products in wrong place, no prices on shelves or the item(charcoal) completely unstoppable!!!!

Good prices, but poor quality on some items. It is a Dollar Store, so I'm not surprised. This store was cluttered and disorganized, as well.

The DG is a great place to meet up for carpools or grab a quick snack. The prices are right and the central location makes Dollar General my go to convenience store.

I shop here for senior citizens that can't do their own shopping. They have specific items they purchase, which are very reasonably priced.
