This year I bought a custom 1860 Gale Marine hull from them and couldn't be happier! Will certainly be back to buy a motor from them before the 2024 duck season opener

STAY FAR AWAY! Put $20,000 down in Feb 2023 on a custom duck boat/motor/trailer. Sept, '23 (after the duck season had opened) canceled my order & asked for a full refund because they were still waiting on a motor & had not yet started on the boat. Feb, 2024 hired a Lawyer to try and get my money back. THIS HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE!

Jake, Lisa and the crew built a custom flat-bottom for me. I had several ideas about what I wanted and when combined with their suggestions, wow! The craftsmanship is really top notch, just doesn't get any better. And the service, old fashion quality service and they genuinely care about their customer. My 17 foot will get me anywhere I want to go, and probably a few places I shouldn't. If you are looking for a flat-bottom, give the folks at Gale a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Zero stars wasn’t an option.Called for pricing on a gun box. Got different price quote than my referral. Wouldn’t take a $1 off if I supplied a $100 sheet of aluminum. Guy was rude and jumped down my throat for me even asking about pricing. Bad business.
