Jay was fantastic to work with! He the adjustors and myself onsite (over 1.5 hrs from his office) several times to resolve both roof and interior water damage claims and was always responsive to calls and texts. He provided great oversight on the entire project (including working with our insurance provider), suggested the right materials and his installation subcontractors we fantastic.

Complete roof and siding job. Questions, concerns, don't worry, Jay will be on top of it. I have never worked with a contractor who either answers the phone when you call, or gets back to you so quickly. This was a big job and with the supply chain the way it is, logistics were even more challenging than normal. Jay's communication about when I could expect delivery and the work to be done was outstanding. And he backed it up. Things he could control, he did, beautifully. Things he could not control, he communicated constantly and kept me in the loop. Lifestyle Exteriors couldn't have done a better job. Thank You.

I’m not even sure where to begin with this review. First off, we had an awful experience with another roofing company-got the complete run around, followed by being ghosted, and chewed out and talked to disrespectfully when they came back on the map only to be told we found a different contractor. Jay/Lifestyle Exteriors came highly recommended to us, and boy, they did not disappoint. Jay was professional, thorough, an effective communicator, and most importantly, QUICK. He worked fast and hard to help us get insurance involved in covering a roof replacement. Once insurance approved, we had a new roof within days. Not only was Jay fantastic, but the crew of guys were impressive as well. They worked hard to replace our roof and spent quite a bit of time during the cleanup-working methodically to ensure everything was picked up properly. 10/10 would work with these folks again.

I was so happy with Jay and Lifestyle Exteriors. I cannot say enough good things. Jay was really good with communication and this was wonderful, but even better because I had such a hard time with my insurance and adjuster. Jay explained what the process was to me in terms I would understand and I never felt bad for asking questions. He also helped greatly with the insurance and adjuster and that took a lot off of my plate. Jay was upfront and honest, very helpful, with the timeline and process. Jay would also always keep me informed if anything changed. The team that did the roof worked hard and was really good as well. Jay and his crew came through when two other siding companies failed. Jay told me that putting new siding on my house would take 2 days. It was 1 day and then a few days later when he could get the electricians out it was another couple of hours. Everything looks great. The crew that did the siding even cleaned up very well. I highly recommend Lifestyle Exteriors.

I have hired Lifestyle Exteriors on multiple occasions. The first being for my townhome Kitchen and Bathroom. The work was finished in a very timely manner and Jay always kept me informed of any delays and all progress being done. He answered all my questions within a day of inquiry.The second time I hired Lifestyle Exteriors was for a duplex I had purchased. I had two bathroom remodels that needed complete gutting.
