Very bad business. Signed contract for new roof and gutters beginning of October 2021. Dave Collins said that they would start in 2 weeks. They installed roof and removed gutters November 23 2021. Came to install gutters first week in December but said that it’s going to cost $2200.00 more because of the shape of my soffits. This is after 2 of their people looked at them and said no problem. They finally told me that they could do them for $500.00 less. Why did they try to charge me more then? They came to install gutters on December 11 2021 but couldn’t finish because of snow storm. Said that they would be back in March. One of gutter the water runs behind the gutter because they never finished them. One of the down spouts they put over the screws where my hose real goes. The ones that they did install are very poor workmanship. There was icicles on the eve’s when they started to install the gutters. I called end of March and the office girl said that the ground is to soft. My wife called end of April and the girl said that the owner would call the first week in May. That day has gone and no call. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on May 7th. This is May 10 2022 and no calls from them and still don’t have all the gutters installed. They removed my old ones in November of 2021.

Entire house full of windows replaced as well as new bay window! Everything was excellent, and they were very professional. Took 2 days and we had new windows. They even rerolled our patio screen door for no extra charge! Highly recommend!!

We were impressed by the quality of the WinDow’s compared to the other entities we got estimates from. Pricing and warranties are also important in making our decisions and the company offers both.

Had 6 windows installed. Extremely happy with the installers, but not as much with the product delivery. one window had a bd scratch on it and had to be replaced.One window was measured wrong and had to be reordered. When that window came into CHT it was cracked and had to again be reordered. Due to these delays, the completion time was almost doubled.

I used Creative Home Technologies, last year, for the first time, and I did have issues with scheduling but that was at no fault of the sales team or the installers. Tom, Darwin, and Quinton, did such an amazing job on the install of my windows that, it really was them and their work quality along with the quality of the product itself that that made be give the company another chance and this year get a new Porch door.James came out and was great at explaining the details re: the porch doors. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and was thorough in answering my questions. I explained the issues from last year and so he made sure it didn't happened again. TIPS if you have any problems - reach out to your sales person - not the office.The team ( 3 guys- Tom, Darwin, and Quinton) worked efficiently, they were extremely clean, and their finishing touches on the trim and base are always better than what I think it is going to be. Will definitely be using them again.

Shouldn't even give this company a one!!! Had a contract for their s "Leaf Lock" gutter system to be installed in July, 2022. The day the install was to occur, the installer, Raoul contacted us and informed us he would not install the gutter system on our home!! Crfeative Home Technologies LLC breached their contract with us and left us in a terrible bind. Most gutter installs were pushed out 4-6 months. Our basement was flooded as we had a severe storm and no gutters. We filed a complaint with the BBB of WI and Creative Home Technologies never responded to the BBB. They can not be trusted.

Service after the sale and installation - BEYOND POOR. I have called 3 times - ended up having to call door MANUFACTURER (who btw, was very nice and helpful!) just to get a part MAILED to me. CHT refuses to even return a simple PHONE CALL. Yes, I realize there is a pandemic and businesses are closed - but when I can get through to a real person and told that they can't come out because of it and all I wanted was to speak to someone over the phone then they are not even listening to what I am saying and don't want to service their product. (Oh and I mistakenly called the wrong door installer before realizing they had not put in this door - that it was CHT. THAT company guy was more than helpful and called me back in a timely manner)I called direct to manufacturer to get them to contact CHT sales rep..... apparently that didn't work, either, as I'm still waiting to hear back. And they have had plenty of time to do so. It's been well over a week.)Again, at this point all I am wanting is someone to call me back. I was told by manufacturer what probably is needed to fix this other problem (first one fixed with mailed part) and a service rep will need to come out. But it's not like the door doesn't work - I'd just like it to work properly.

I was told to take my bad review down so I did .wish I would of read the reviews befor signing I will say the workers are very good ,they installed my windows fast even the three broken ones and the one screen with a hole ,the contract I signed says lifetime warranty still waiting
