If you value your time, don't waste it on this contractor. I had a pleasant conversation with a Project Manager and follow up discussions were promised. However, the deadline for the follow ups was continually missed. After several follow-up phone calls and texts from me over the course of several weeks I still didn't receive anything from Fox. I haven't bothered reaching back out since then (6-8 weeks ago) and they haven't bothered calling me back. The Manager made mention that they were working on a "big job" and were busy, but never said that they wouldn't provide me with a quote. If you are too busy to take on more work that its fine with me, just be honest about it.Edit on 1/16/23: I see that Fox added a comment that no one in their office has any record of speaking to me. That sounds about right... I spoke with Brad Weyenberg (foreman listed on current website) several times via text and phone calls in late November of 2023. He promised that Mike Klarner (sales rep listed on current website) would be reaching out to me, and never did. Last contact with Brad was on 12/7/23. Once again, don't waste your time with this contractor. If they have no record of ever speaking with me then they are totally incompetent, or liars. I have the text messages from Brad on my phone...
