We had a bathtub to shower conversion and are extremely happy with the end result. The process was efficient from my first phone call to working with the designer to scheduling to the installers. Everyone involved were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We're impressed with the craftmanship and product and would recommend Tundraland for your renovation.

We do not recommend this company.We just spent thousands on an inoperable walk in shower.We had a 7 week wait from signing contract to the date of installation (date change requested by tundraland). The shower is partially installed and not fully operational.By the time the installer left we had the following issues:1. Rain showerhead that doesnt work2. A hole in our ceiling3. A gouge in our ceiling4. A gouge in our door5. A mess in the basement that wasnt cleaned6. A missing built in seat which we knew about before installation. Not available until May.It has been one week since installation. We have yet to use the shower.We were assured by installer that Tundraland would contact us in 1-2 days to follow up on the problems. On the 3rd day with no contact we tried calling our salesperson Stephanie. Left her 3 messages, with no call back. We finally called the 800 # and got a call from Luke, a service manager. We worked with Luke and thought we had a resolution to move forward. Luke was going to call us back in 24/48 hours. NOPE! 96 hours later (4 business days) and we have not heard a peep from Tundraland about follow up appointments to our home. It has been over 1 week since installation and here we sit waiting and growing more frustrated by the day.As an added bonus we had to cancel the contractors that were going to finish the bathroom remodel (flooring, vanity, paint and such) as the walk in shower project isnt yet done.Customer service is a joke.Tundraland doesnt care about any of their customers or their satisfaction.We have refused to pay our balance until all issues are resolved to our complete satisfaction. At this rate hell is likely to freeze over first.

We had Cory install our walk-in shower. He had it done in only 6 hours. Nice guy with a lot of experience. And Ben as the plumber was here for minutes to do what plumbing that was needed to be done. They said everything went very well. And that everything looked great for the install. What a great way to start a Monday Cory said! And everything was cleaned up before they left! I can't say enough good about Tundraland! Tell them Richard Kohls sent you.

We went from a shower that was installed about 20 years ago in your standard shower/tub set up. It was installed by a local plumber/contractor and we really were never happy with it. We finally called Tundraland and boy are we glad we did. From start to finish top notch! From the in home estimate and breakdown of our current setup to what the new setup would look like from Kevin to the day of the removal and installation with Jesse everything was perfect. This new shower is so solid and sturdy. The accessories and quality is absolutely incredible! A total night and day difference from what we had to what we now have. And the upkeep and maintenance is so much more simplified. We couldn’t be happier with our new shower and our overall experience. Ryan from Tundraland came out today to provide a quote on a bathtub replacement/remodel. He was extremely thorough in the process and helpful in selecting colors and features. He knew we had a budget so didn’t try to push a lot of extras. What’s neat is they provide a computer simulation of what your remodel will look like so if there’s anything you want to tweak you can do it right there. Installation is just 6 weeks out so a very reasonable lead time. Will follow up with when the project is complete.

Highly recommend Tundraland. This is one of our first major home project and came into this with no idea of where to begin. We worked with Luke and he was beyond helpful with helping us find what worked best with us. We had no idea of what we wanted even for a design, and he went over all our options and helped us find the perfect fit for us. There was no pushy sales pitch or trying to upsell us to get the extra buck from our pocket. We would definitely use them again down the road in our next home if needed!

The install was done very well. I am very satisfied with the work done. I was impressed by the lead carpenter. He knew what he was doing and did everything to my satisfaction. They had a water leak caused by the demo. The bath was on the 2nd floor and leaked into the laundry room on the 1st floor. The carpenter assistant brought a box of clean paper toweling and proceeded to lay it down on the floor to soak up the water. He didn't wipe down any of the water dripping from the light fixture and the door casing. He also didn't cover all of the water that was on the floor. He left everything on the floor to soak up the water, but never came back to clean up. I ended up cleaning up the water and throwing out the used toweling.Other than that they left the job clean and everything else was done well.

Avoid Tundraland as they lack credibility. Our experience with a salesperson from the company was less than satisfactory. After a lengthy 2.5-hour estimate appointment, we were presented with a price on a blank sheet of paper without any specifics or terms. The salesperson disregarded our preference for a bath and shower combo, insisting on a walk-in shower due to our age, without considering our desires. Despite multiple requests, we had to wait weeks for a written estimate, which did not contain specific terms. The poor customer service and high-pressure tactics used by the sales representative and management was discouraging, leading us to ultimately decide to go elsewhere.

Salesman contacted me working door to door and was very helpful in planning out the new replacement deck I wanted. Work was done on time, clean up was immaculate, I was very happy with the construction though I did notice my dog running across it after left marks on the composite material.The only negative is the salesman and their TV ads promise financing that is 12 months same as cash where there would be no interest if the balance is paid in one year. Upon the project being done, the finance company they use contacted me and I was informed there was no mention of it being 12 months same as cash, interest was being assigned right from the start. I looked at my contract from the salesman and saw that there was no mention made of the financing promise. I would suggest making sure you get any promises from them in writing before proceeding.

This is the worst company out there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.It all started when they said I was approved for both shower remodels and 2 weeks before the remodel date they took back what they said and was only approved for 1. Then I was ignored the entire time by their financial team when asking about my finance loan and monthly payment. Days before install date I am excited to at least get 1 shower done, it was a tub to shower conversion on our main bathroom since I am a disabled veteran and needed the change since I can no longer step up over a tub. They send me a message saying they need to push the install date after promises they would get it installed right after Christmas. I should not have believed them. This company should not be used and should be shut down for the way they conduct their business. I'm looking to cancel altogether and will find a better company.

Excellent customer service and product. Barb came to the house and designed the shower tub insert with actual pics of how it would look in place. We had an old claw foot tub removed. Anthony the installer was spot on - professional and skilled. Left the bathroom spotless. Austin the plumber went above and beyond replacing traps and improving the vent system. Barb drove up the day of install just to see it coming to fruition. We live out in the boonies at least 2 hours away! Highly recommend - life time guarantee. Super smooth install and loved the fact it was done in a full day not piece meal work tying up the bathroom for a few weeks. Waiting the recommended 24hours and cant wait to take my first bath in the soak-er tub.

Ryan, the installer was a really nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable, but there is now 1 gouge in one wall, a screw or nail that came partially through another wall, a chip of paint out of the door into the bathroom and a mess that was not (fully) cleaned up before leaving for the day. If this were some Mom and Pop shop these things wouldn't seem that glaringly bad and disappointing, but this is an incredibly expensive investment that we assumed and were sold on being near perfection.I have since used the shower and the shower itself is great, I really want to stress that. The actual installation and the finished product are incredibly satisfactory; it is the other parts that I feel should be addressed.Ryan did tell us that the sealant around the top of the shower would not match the paint in there, which is certainly understandable, but that it is very easy to paint over. But there were other parts that we noticed after he left that were sloppy and less than satisfactorily cleaned up.While it is certainly not expected for there to be a perfect clean up, it was absolutely assumed that there wouldn't be rough spots left in the front yard, excess dust and debris left between the bathroom and the front door, nor that no clean-up would be done at all from the work in the basement to update the one pipe.**I sent this very similar response to Tundraland and after 12 days have still not hear anything back. I included pictures in my e-mail as well. **

DO NOT GET WORK DONE FROM THEM they way over work the installers. They lost a packet with my personal information things like my social security, bank routing and account numbers, full legal name and adress just gone they don’t know where it all went. When I call and ask for an update they say they will look into it when asking for updates they say they are not liable to give you that information but will “forward the message to the other departments”.

Tundraland replaced our single-stall fiberglass shower with a custom size, beautiful walk-in shower one year ago. The process involved some demolition to remove a closet/cabinet in addition to the old shower to make room for the new one. They still got it done in one day. The installation crew did a great job, and were mindful of my pets and careful of my home. We have had no issues with the shower or plumbing - in fact the new shower solved a problem with sewer gas leaking up through the old drain. The product and install gets 5 stars. The salesman that came to our home for the free estimate employed high pressure tactics (ugh) to close the deal. Our new shower is beautiful, low-maintenance, and worth the expense. We plan to hire Tundraland again for our next shower/tub replacement.

I would not recommend Tundraland to anyone. I should have followed my gut and cancelled the week after meeting when their finances guy would not return phone calls or emails. I gave the benefit of the doubt and continued on. My shower was installed last week, and while it appears ok there is a laundry list of issues. Wrong size tub was installed, shower head leaked, and shelves were not caulked on the ends. After calling several times, emailing my review and experience with photos, we literally get no response from anyone on what they can do to rectify. Finally received a phone call from our salesperson saying sorry for the issues and here is your remaining bill. What a joke of a company. I had Tundraland install a new walk- in shower. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.The installer did a fantastic job. As happy as we are with the looks of the shower, it is extremely slippery. It has the little skid resistant bumps but its slippery.We changed to a walk- shower from a tub to help prevent slipping.Where things went downhill was when I tried to talk to the president Paul to leave a compliment and enquire about purchasing some shower panel material. I left a message. The next day a lady called me and said Paul doesn't speak to customers. Are you kidding me?She said she'd find out for me whether I could purchase the shower material and get back to me. No one ever did. Quite disappointing. Left a sour taste to the job.

Would not recommend this company they charged 22,000 for a 17x10 deck this deck is less than 1 year old it had sags in 2 spots the workmen ship is horrible they left that pile of cut offs just piled up next to the house and accepted the 63 year old homeowner to clean it up themselves she had to argue with the gentlemen who put it up for a railing on the one side of her steps
