I reached out on a Sunday afternoon for a roof leak issue that had me concerned. I didn't expect a reply on a Sunday...nor did I expect Rich to be able to stop out the very next day to check it out for us. Rich was kind, prompt, thorough, and even went the extra mile to help me look into a gutter issue. I appreciate the fast response, thorough repair, and the extra service that allowed some peace of mind. Definitely using Vlasak Roofing again, should I ever need to.

I was referred to Vlasak Roofing by our neighbor. From the first contact to the last, Rich was extremely prompt, professional and went above and beyond my expectations. The day I contacted him he had someone here looking at our chimney and measuring our gutters to be replaced. I work from home, so I was here on the day the new gutters were installed and if I wasn't here ,I never would have known they were here, from how well they cleaned up after themselves. Called & asked if they would be willing to come out & take a look because I had a small leak around the chimney, but I also knew my 3-tab roof was in need of replacement sooner than later. They came out & it ended up to be a simple temporary fix for the chimney leak which they actually did in about 10 min for free. Also said overall my roof should have at least 5-7 years left of life before replacement. Highly recommend the company because if I was told different I would be out about $15K right now. Water and rain leak into porch window from unknown source at our farmhouse. I called Rich to ask if he could identify from where on the roof this mystery leak was occurring.
