Great first impression from Karl who explained everything in great detail in english. From then on thru install which took ONE DAY that included tear off, new vents underlayment, ice and water Shield and great shingle product that no others have. It was amazing to watch. The flashing is perfect, the new ridge vent is barely noticeable and now air flow is great. The workers were friendly and professional. The Foreman, Nick, was onsite for the whole job to answer my questions and ensure my desired outcome was implemented. No more leaky roof. The gutter guys were great and installed new white gutters which really made the house look clean and new. Great selling point with 50 year front to back warranty that is transferable to next owners if I sell. This outfit is simply the best organized, most detailed written plan, and competitive in price. I had 8 estimates in total and Klaus roofing by Buck Buckley checked off all my boxes for positive selection. Very satisfied and happy I went with this team.Thank you to the workers, Nick and especially Karl who has to be one of the nicest and coolest and most knowledgable roofing guy around. Worst experience ever. First thing is the entire crew was from Illinois and spoke no English to the point they had a translator that showed up in her pajamas...how are you gonna be in a dangerous situation and have ppl working together who can't understand eachother which the supervisor Nick used as an excuse the ENTIRE TIME so half way through the job my grandfather realized they put the wrong color shingles on. They literally offered to take maybe 2,000 of a 19,000$ job if my grandparents just kept the shingles they didn't want my grandparents were like nope start over and you better do it right don't put the new stuff over what you already punched holes into, etc they said they wouldn't came back and my grandfather felt so uncomfortable already he felt he had to babysit them which is a good thing he did because the supervisor Nick who who couldn't even communicate with his crew sat in his truck or on his phone THE WHOLE time until my grandpa noticed ANOTHER mistake then hed stand there staring at the guy not saying a word when my grandfather noticed they were putting the new shingles on what they already messed up Nick claimed it was due to communication 🙄 or is that your business practice and you got busted trying to cut corners not only that the crew were careless damaging an throwing tarps, ladders, tools, etc in numerous flower beds ruining new blossoms and once again my grandfather had to say something himself because nick did nothing if my grandfather wasnt on edge babysitting everything and everyone they would have gotten away with so much more which they basically did because they didnt fix any flower beds and didnt give a single discount for all the trouble my grandma was in tears and my grandfather said the f word for the first time in my ENTIRE life... WORST experience EVER would never recommend oh and the amount of nails, trash, pieces of shingles all over the yard STILL is ridiculous

Josh was not just helpful but compassionate when I called him for help after a botched roofing job by someone else. Always professional, he helped me figure out how to reconfigure my downspouts to avoid flooding near an entrance. Nick, the project manager, did a great job coordinating around my difficult schedule. Clean up, communication, and quality of work were all exceptional. The team even helped me figure out where to relocate my security cameras and reattached them. Also, that 50-year warranty is GREAT!HIGHLY recommended!

I recently had a leak during a steady rain that lasted a good 12 hrs. I reached out to this company because they popped up as someone who responded in emergencies. Someone was here within an hour or so. They throughly checked my roof and attic situation. They gave me a quote for the fix and said they would be out within 48 hours to repair it. In the interim, I had them give me a quote for a whole new roof. Never, have I had a company, that did and said exactly what they promised. I really don’t know how they compare price wise to other companies, but they were worth every penny. I would highly recommend.

If your looking for a small job to be done - Don't waste your time here. I never used this company before. I called to have someone come out and take a look at a small roof leak that we had. (there website says they repair roof leaks) When the person came on site, I was told that they don't get on a roof for less that $1,600. So unless you have a pile of cash to spend or have a big job, they aren't interested. And neither am I...

We had new gutters, downspouts, soffit and facia replaced. The sales guy and managers were very professional and communication was good. They worked with us to keep everything within our budget. The end product is a high quality and we are very happy with it.Two things I would comment on:1. As I am not a roofing or gutter specialist, I was not aware of the fact that the drip guard would not be replaced until the roof is replaced, so I was surprised to see my brand new gutters with an old dirty drip guard when the install was complete. Especially when we went from white gutters to black and the old drip guard is white and shingles are black. It is a very noticeable gap. I think that would be beneficial knowledge to future customers, especially if they have never replaced gutters or a roof before.2. The cleanup could have been much better. There were nails and scraps of aluminum laying all over our lawn and mulched area. We have two dogs and a 2 year old daughter who play out in the yard. Unfortunately, a piece of scrap aluminum punctured one of my dogs paw, which I was not very happy about. The team also left banana peels from their lunch out in our yard as well.These issues were addressed and the team was very apologetic, so I appreciated that they took steps to make it right. I would absolutely use Klaus in the future based on their pricing and the quality alone. I just might be more aware of the cleanup in the future with dogs and kids.Services: Gutter installation, Attic venting
