I only have positive things to say about my experience with All-State Roofing. I have an older house with an addition that has a flat roof. Late December, I noticed a small leak on the ceiling after hard rain. Joe was there a couple of days after my call for an inspection of the leak problem and submitting a quote for the work (which was very reasonable, considering it was not a cookie-cutter job). And thanks to the unusually warm weather early February, Joe could schedule the work much earlier than it was planned. The final result looks excellent, the roof is rebuilt in a much better way than it was originally, to prevent water pooling and premature wear of the roof membrane. Support a locally-owned company, you won't be disappointed.

I've had All-State Roofing out to fix leaks in my roof twice now. Both times Joe and his crew were more than willing to come out, even though it was a smaller project. Some other roofing companies are only doing full roof replacement jobs. So I really appreciated that they were willing to fix the small things too. Both instances we were able to get our roof repaired in a timely manner and a very well done job. Joe even called me after a big rain to make sure the roof was still all good! Thankfully, we were able to partner with Joe and team at All-State Roofing to tackle the project.Without exaggeration, this was a home run from the first call through the completion of the work. Couldn’t be happier with Allstate Roofing. Joe met with us for an estimate on replacing our roofing and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. We had several other companies come out to quote for the same job and by far, Joe was as the most pleasant to work with.In addition to his knowledge, he listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions, kept in constant and timely communication, and he was never pushing anything which was extremely refreshing.After we decided to go with Allstate to have our roof done, the rest of the process was just as easy. The team that came to do the work was very good. They were careful of our property and did an extremely good job cleaning up. After tearing off two layers of shingles, I’m still amazed that I haven’t found a single runaway roofing nail anywhere.I also crawled around the attic and looked over the entire roof when they were done, and everything looked great and was well done. On top of that, the cost was very fair and there were no unexpected costs after the project was done. Joe and his excellent crew did a full roof replacement on my 2100 sqft split-level home, including two skylights. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He pointed out that the portion of my home above the bathroom had some sagging areas due to humidity and suggested replacement the wood all the way through. I am very happy with the result. Attention to detail is also a plus.I've heard roof replacement jobs can take several days to complete, but these guys did it in just a day! They were very clean, no debris left over. The roof turned out great! I also have to mention that he and his wonderful crew took time out of their busy day to fix some of my downspouts. It was a small act but definitely appreciated, great attention to detail and caring for their customer.Give Joe a call if you need work done. He is very fair and knowledgeable.

We are very pleased with our experience with All-State. We had a couple problem areas where our roof was leaking. Most of the companies we spoke to recommended full roof replacement, which we were hoping to delay for a few more years. Joe took a look at our roof and gave us several different solutions to choose from, including repairs that would stop the leaks and give us a few more years with our current roof. We appreciate his willingness to problem solve with us and for the level of professionalism provided during every step of the process. The crew that did the work was very efficient and left hardly a trace of being there. Most importantly, the leaking is fixed and we can relax during heavy rainstorms again!Will be happy to recommend All-State to friends and family.

We had two skylights that needed replacement, a dormer causing a roof leak that the original roofing company tried to fix but didn't, and a soffit that was dented by another contractor and needed replacing. Joe from All-State contacted me and set up an appointment the following week. Joe took the time to explain what needed to be done and sent me a detailed proposal for a very reasonable price. Joe's team was very professional and cared about doing an excellent job. A new issue with a roof leak was identified and they spent extra days fixing that problem. We are so happy with the quality of work and would hire All-State again for any future projects with Joe as the project manager.

All-State installed rubber roofing on two sections of my roof that had previously been (inappropriately) shingled. They also replaced a section of soffit to improve ventilation in the attic space. Excellent company with fantastic service!!!I was nervous about buying a house with roof problems, but Joe from All-State certainly made the experience a positive one! He came out last fall and gave me an estimate that was both competitive and covered a broader scope of work than the other "big" roofers around town. This included a relatively simple fix to help prevent future leaking on the low slope portion of the roof that no one else even mentioned. The estimate was quite comprehensive and I was happy to find a company that could take care of everything all at once!When it came time to start working this spring, Joe made sure to answer every question I had and stayed in touch for the whole project so I knew exactly what was going on. His crew was professional, fast, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The work was completed on time and best of all, everything came in on budget! We had a great experience with Joe and All State roofing. They replaced our roof due to hail damage and really walked us through the process. We ended up going with some roofing upgrades and it turned out amazing. They even finished the work a month before their estimate as well. Would absolutely work with them again.Update 4/21: I can't say enough about Joe and this company. I had lightning strike the house and Joewas out a day later to replace shingles. This year another company told me I had hail damage and I called Joe who came out for free to check and found that there was no damage. Simply amazing.

As all of the other reviewers have already shared, Joe and All-State Roofing do a phenomenal job, both in work and communication. We had slow leaks in our flat rubber roof, skylights which lost their seal, and bathroom fans venting to the attic space. The crew did a phenomenal job replacing rotted plywood and insulation, replacing skylights, and venting the bathroom fans through the roof. They also tapered everything on the roof to prevent water build-up and added extra insulation. The crew was respectful of our property, leaving the driveway immaculate every day. We had a leak on our flat roof at home. Joe was incredibly thorough in his evaluation of the leak. He provided multiple options to resolve the issue, and his crew did a great job executing the plan. They put down a new rubber roofing material, and installed a new railing system as the flat roof is part of a deck off of our second story bedroom. Response time for questions was lightning quick via phone, email and text! My wife and I love the new flat roof as it is a much safer and esthetically pleasing space than it was before. Highly recommend Joe and his crew!

We had two OLD skylights replaced on our home we purchased a few months back. After living here for about 5 months, it rained outside and we discovered our one skylight was leaking. We had plans on getting them replaced, but now it had to be accelerated.We received several quotes and decided to go with All-State Roofing because of the quick time they could get it completed, and price.I enjoy not having to worry about my skylights leaking when it rains anymore.Joe was very helpful, and professional.We need a new roof in a few years and will be in contact with them again.

I've worked with Joe a few times and have always had a good experience. When I replaced the gutters on my house, All-State provided a fair and accurate quote quickly, and finished the job with high quality.A couple of years ago, we also had water damage to our sun room after a big storm. Our insurance adjuster came out and blamed our sky lights even though she wasn't able to pin down a reason for the leaking. I called All-State for a second opinion and they were able to determine the source and cause of the leak and give me the next steps needed to fix the problem. It was a relief to have someone who knows what they're talking about come out and not only provide accurate information, but then go on to fix the issue to our satisfaction.

Quick professional service! We had a leaking roof and after calling 3 other roof contractors (none answered or returned my voicemail) I called All-State Roofing. They picked up on the first call and were able to come by and look at it our issue within a couple days.Joe came to our house and looked at the roof and attic and came up with different quotes/options for us to choose from and then let us call him when we made our decision. He did not try to pressure us into anything nor did he seem like he was suggesting options that weren't necessary.We eventually chose an option and had his crew come by and fix a section of our roof! We are out of towners who purchased a home in Fall 2018. The home inspection identified a roof problem. I called All-State and asked for their help in securing an emergency estimate so we could continue the purchase with eyes open to the costs. They provided the estimate immediately. Then we needed a sample of shingles to obtain warranty coverage. They climbed on the roof and provided the sample shingles. We were so impressed with their kind helpfulness and engaged them for the roof repairs. The roof was completed last week. Clean, efficient, great communication, and the cost was as estimated. Great experience all round.We took out the chimney and had to get the hole repaired. The roof needs to be replaced soon but not immediately.I got 3 quotes. One of the larger companies in town went the fear uncertainty and doubt method, and were more expensive. Definitely tried to pressure me into doing the whole roof. The other company was good a close second.All State got my business as it was the only one who got up an had a look on the roof itself. The gave me some great advice about a flat roof (others missed). Didn't pressure me into doing the whole roof. Joe explained everything, what they would do, what they found and how they were replacing it. They did a great patch and left the place spotless.The price came in slightly higher than the estimate because they needed to do more work. This was not a surprise as the communication was excellent. I knew what, when and how they planned to tackle the job.The biggest endorsement I can give is when I do the whole roof in the next year or two I'll be calling these guys back.Thanks Joe - great experience.

These guys did a great job repairing a leaky area in our home's roof. The estimator and installers were professional, courteous, and prompt. While working, they pointed out some other potential issues with the roof and suggested improvements to make. They also did a good job matching the new shingles and trim to the existing materials.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that it was pretty difficult to get a hold of these guys via email or phone when trying to schedule the work.
