My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Paramount, especially James! Due to circumstances on our end, James and Paramount have been by our side for the last 15+ months as we navigated our issues.We contracted to have a total house, 2-car garage and 4-car garage makeover:- Removal of old metal roof and installation of new Standing Seam Roof, with snow breaks.- Removal of old siding and installation of LP Smartside Board & Batten.- Removal of old skylights and installation of new Velux venting skylights.- New 6" gutters with gutter guards.- New soffit and fascia.James responded to every question we had, provided timely updates AND pointed out issues that we had no idea were present that his crew easily could have overlooked and hidden and we wouldn't have been the wiser.The attention to detail was impeccable. Every seam lined up, all the battens are straight, every nail head has been touched up with appropriate color.As with the entire job, not only did James ensure cleanup was done properly, he pitched in and got his hands dirty!We are extremely thrilled with the finished product and have the look and feel of a brand new home!We would highly recommend James and Paramount for any roofing and siding job!

The team here are fantastic! They arrived on time, kept the area around our roof clean, displayed great customer service, and got the work completed on time. Our roof replacement looks stunning and incredibly well done.We actually had a few areas of poor craftsmanship on our roof from whoever originally installed our roof. I am no expert, but it looked terrible up there--one area had a three shingle patch and another had two layers of shingles with a piece of plywood over it and ANOTHER layer of shingles.They did the job right and I will using them for our siding when we get to replace that. Great company that did quality work for a fair price. Appreciated the absence of any hard sale tactics, and really appreciated the way they worked with us on when we wanted our roof work completed. We had a leak and called Paramount roofing for an estimate, James was out the next day to take a look. He gave us options and prices and we signed a contract. When they took the shingles off they found more damage, James called right away to discuss our options. They did a great job with the roof, the gutters, communication and they finished on time as promised. The roof and gutters look great! We are very happy with Paramount roofing and James and will be getting an estimate for the siding next.

I've had Paramount re-roof three residential buildings and four out buildings. All bids came in the lowest except for the largest residence roof job. However I wanted Paramount to do the job and asked if they could meet or beat the lowest bid, and they did. All work was done well and quickly. Cleanup was also done well. The last residential job was bid by Paramount at $3200 under the next bid. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them anytime.

Paramount Roofing just installed a 10,000 sqft rubber roof on my office building. They did the job on time, cleaned up the job site, and were very professional. Mike came out to look at my garage roof for free to determine what was causing the shingles to lift. I had considered doing the work with friends if insurance didn't cover it. After getting an estimate from Mike, it was very reasonable- so had his crew do the job. It was scheduled shortly after and the guys had it done from tear off to clean up in 4 hours. He is very quick with communication via email too. I would definitely use Paramount Roofing and Siding again.

James and the fellows from Paramount did a <<great>> job fixing our garden shed and garage after both were damaged by a falling tree. They rebuilt the garden shed roof, installed new shingles, siding, soffit, and fascia. For the garage, they replaced gutter and gutter guard, and fixed the torn off soffit. They returned our initial call and came right away to look at the damage and quickly prepared a fair estimate - a lovely change from contractors that don't even return one's calls. They completed the work quickly, even matching our (apparently rare) striated siding. The regular communication and updates about the job and schedule from James were stellar. Very highly recommended Paramount!

Not very impressed with this company.We were supposed to have someone come look at our roof. The first time, the person was a complete no-show. The next time, the person again failed to show up or call, and then they sent a different person who said he had been told a different appointment time. The person who actually did show up was professional enough to speak with, and estimated our roof had 3-5 years left (a previous inspection from one year earlier had estimated 12+ years left, but ok, maybe the truth is somewhere between those estimates).Then we did not receive a report from the inspection. We were told there had been a miscommunication and the tech would need to come out again in order to do an actual inspection and not a quote. Ok, whatever, fine. And I want to stress that my husband and I were annoyed but willing to pay the inspection fee, because we understand that businesses have operating costs.So the person comes back and NOW suddenly our roof is in dire need of repair and we need a new one right away. We then called an independent home inspector who came and agreed with the inspection from last year, that the roof easily has 10+ years left. Um, what? I just find it convenient that the business with a vested interest in selling more roofs had such a worse assessment of the condition of our roof.Because of the misunderstanding, Paramount did not actually charge us the $175 (nor indeed send us the report), so that's fine, but they seem like they're trying to wash their hands of us as customers, which is fine, because we're certainly never hiring them for any roof repairs. The company seems more interested in protecting their reputation as a good company than actually being a good company.EDITED TO ADD: I stand by my overall dissatisfaction and still feel it's awfully convenient that the company looking to sell roofs thinks we need a new one ASAP, but someone with no vested interest has twice estimated more than a decade of roof life left.Also, before all the misunderstanding about the quote vs. estimate, I was pretty unimpressed by not one, but TWO no shows. You lost my business before we ever talked prices because of the apparent disorganization over something as simple as scheduling.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have been in our house for four years and have had leakage each year. We contacted Paramount Roofing to come back to fix the installation of the metal roof; however, they refused to do so because they only guarantee their work with the previous owner. The roof was less than two years old when the leaking started. We have had other companies come out to fix the roof and just when we think it's fixed, new areas sprout up showing leakage. The really funny part is that they still use our house on their website to show the quality they provide. There are other roofing companies I would trust far more than this company and am saddened that they wouldn't help out a family in need.
